After One Attack Too Many - Proposed Constitutional Admendment

I like this idea. If you like it, put it on your blog and pass it around. This is the future, if you ask me.

From Redneck Texan:

Proposed Constitutional Amendment
Background and justification

Whereas Religion is defined as an institution dedicated to improving social conscience and promoting individual and societal spiritual growth in a way that is harmless to others not participating in or practicing the same;

Whereas the United States of America was founded on the ideals of individual rights, including the individual right to practice the religion of choice, or no religion, and that there would be no compulsion to religion, nor state sanctioned religion, nor a “religious test” for participation in the body politic;

Whereas Islam includes a complete political and social structure, encompassed by the religious law, Sharia, that supersedes any civil law and that Islam mandates that no secular or democratic institutions are to be superior to Islamic law;

Whereas Islam preaches that it and it alone is the true religion and that Islam will dominate the world and supplant all other religions and democratic institutions;

Whereas Saudi Arabia, the spiritual home of Islam does not permit the practice of any other religion on its soil and even “moderate” Muslims states such as Turkey actively suppress other religions;

Whereas Islam includes as its basic tenant the spread of the faith by any and all means necessary, including violent conquest of non-believers, and demands of its followers that they implement violent jihad (war) against those un-willing to convert or submit to Islam, including by deception and subversion of existing institutions;

Whereas on 9/11/2001 19 Muslim high-jackers acting in the name of Islam killed 3,000 Americans, and numerous other acts of terrorism have been directed at American people around the world;

Whereas representatives of Islam around the world including Osama Bin Laden (architect of 9/11), the president of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, HAMAS, Hezbolla, and other Islamic groups have declared jihad (war) on America, and regularly declare that America will cease to exist;

Whereas there is no organized Islamic opposition to violent proponents of Islam;

Therefore: Islam is not a religion but a political ideology more akin to Fascism and totally in opposition to the ideals of freedom as described in the United States Constitution.

Be it resolved that the following Amendment to the Constitution be adopted:

Amendment 28
Article I

The social/political/ideological system known around the world as Islam is not recognized in the United States as a religion.

The practice of Islam is therefore not protected under the 1st Amendment as to freedom of religion and speech.

Article II
As representatives of Islam around the world have declared war, and committed acts of war, against the United States and its democratic allies around the world, Islam is hereby declared an enemy of the United States and its practice within the United States is now prohibited.

Article III
Immediately upon passage of this Amendment all Mosques, schools and Muslim places of worship and religious training are to be closed, converted to other uses, or destroyed. Proceeds from sales of such properties may be distributed to congregations of said places but full disclosure of all proceeds shall be made to an appropriate agency as determined by Congress. No compensation is to be offered by Federal or State agencies for losses on such properties however Federal funding is to be available for the demolishing of said structures if other disposition cannot be made.

The preaching of Islam in Mosques, Schools, and other venues is prohibited. The subject of Islam may be taught in a post high school academic environment provided that instruction include discussion of Islam’s history of violence, conquest, and its current war on democratic values.

The preaching or advocating of Islamic ideals of world domination, destruction of America and democratic institutions, jihad against Judaism, Christianity and other religions, and advocating the implementation of Sharia law shall in all cases be punishable by fines, imprisonment, deportation, and death as proscribed by Congress. Violent expressions of these and other Muslim goals, or the material support of those both in the United States and around the world who seek to advance these Islamic goals shall be punishable by death.

Muslims will be denied the opportunity to immigrate to the United States.

Article IV
Nothing in this amendment shall be construed as authorizing the discrimination against, of violence upon, nor repudiation of the individual rights of those Americans professing to be Muslim. The individual right of conscience is sacrosanct and the practice of Islam within the privacy of home and self is strictly protected to the extent that such individuals do not violate the prohibitions described in Article III.

This is what we did to German Nazism, and it is what we did to Japanese Shintoism in the aftermath of WWII.

The fact that we have not done this to Islam in Iraq and Afghanistan proves that we are not yet serious about fighting this war.

Everything written in this proposed admendment is right, and just, and according to the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of the United States of America. It follows like rain falls from storm clouds.

I can not wait until we get this serious. God speed the day to us, no matter what that means. Bring it on.

We need to end the b.s.

  1. I don't think I stand second to anyone in realism approaching ways to kill terrorism, but under NO, NONE, ZERO circumstances would I ever support such an amendment, in fact, I would work ACTIVELY to oppose it.

    Better to effectively by EXAMPLE declare in federal code that certain teachings are in fact analogous to what Aryan Nation and the KKK did, and thus threaten jail and open to annihilating civil suits mosques, and charities, or ANY organization ...ANY ORGANIZATION..which INSPIRES TO VIOLENCE. This would make the teaching of certain Hadiths, and Suras illegal and even this would find HEAVY and funded opposition, and from loyal americans. This approach would also be NON-DENOMINATIONAL

    Sorry, but that's how I see it.

    The instant such an amendment sees the light of day, Christianity would one day be a target of the same kind of campaign. Bet on it. Being in the majority right now is no defense in the future.

  2. Off Topic, but I was wondering if I could post this on your Blog?

    I think the time for civil war has come in both Britain and America.

    I would like to first tell my British friends that I mean no disrespect towards the British eople by using the metaphor of the American Revolution.

    Also, let me say that I personally consider the Revolutionary War a tragedy; a civil war between the monarcharist faction and the republican faction that had friends and foes on both side of the Pond that could have been settled by the compromise proposed in the Albany Plan of 1754 that would have allowed American delegates in Parliament and the King the right to appoint the "President-General" of America.

    I would note that even in Parliament during the Revolutionary Period, the American republican cause had much support, especially in the Whig Party, and that the famous Edmund Burke spoke in favor of the revolutionists.

    And let us not forget that a few Britons, such as Thomas Paine, sailed to America to join the rebel cause against the Establishment, and the British army and navy, the best on the planet at that time, only fought a half-hearted struggle against their fellow countrymen.....that George Washington never defeated the main British army in North America, but tht army withdrew with honor in 1783 from New York City when the King ordered it done.

    GET TO THE POINT, MAN!

    My point is that in both Britain and America today we have fallen into two hositle camps and compromise have broken down.

    On the one side we have the Establishment faction that seeks to impose tyranny by means of apeasement with Islamic barbarians who are allowed free run in our countries because of the multiculturist-international viewpoint that all cultures are equal, even the most barbaric.

    On the opposing line we have the Rebel Faction that has been largely put out of the debate and ignored. This faction has tried for years and years to redress from the ruling elite. They have been ignored and the Establishment is at this very moment attempting to destroy the last bastion of defense in the English speaking world -- Freedom of Speech.

    Therefore, men and women of good will have no other choice than than to pick up the gauntlet of civil war and resist violence with violence.

    May we all once again at Lexington Green and say to tyranny's command to surrender in the words of a former British soldier, Captain Parker of the King's North American militia: "Stand your ground men; don't fire unless fire upon, but if they mean to have a war; let it begin here."

    Cheers, Cousin Ronbo

    ATTENTION AMERICAN VETERANS: DEFEND YOUR REVOLUTION!

  3. Like Epaminondas, I strongly object to amending the Constitution. However, I do have some practical suggestions about what to do. First, ban the mobile concentration camps for women in public. Arrest anyone covering their face--with an exception when the weather goes under 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Second, make clear that noise ordinances includes mosque. Third, forbid muslim from evangelizing at prisons on the basis that Islam does promote violence.
    After those three things,we need to figure out more ways to make America unappealing to Muslims. I would suggest looking at Ann Coulter's ideas redeeming Joseph McCarthy and see what we can apply to Islam. The trouble being the backlash against McCarthy's treatment of Communists undermined what McCarthy was trying to do. McCarthy was clearly right in the big picture, but professional historians tell his story as if he was a buffoon. I don't know if that is due to liberal bias, fact, or what? If we go McCarthite on Islam, we should do so with McCarthy in the rear view mirror and not repeat his losing mistakes. After that, we could look for inspiration in Michelle Malkin's defense of FDR's internment of the Japanese during World War II. Such a step would make it quite clear that muslims aren't welcome here.

    The good thing about doing things this way is that we don't have amend Constitution and we can let things get back to normal after a while. Just as long as the number of muslims is small and the mosques aren't full of treason, there is no reason we can't accommodate them into our society.

  5. There is NO WAY my (I am the original author of this proposal, and first posted at http://pedestrianinfidel.blogspot.com/) amendment cound be used against any other religion besides Islam. The support is specific and the language is specific. If someone can come up with a similer proposal about Catholics and get it passed then that would be a problem. I doubt seriously that would happen.

    It amazes me that people would suggest we return to the days of McCarthy or intern Muslims (as we did the Japanese which was a grave injustice and NOT NECESSARY) rather than pass a NARROWLY tailor constitutional amendment. But no matter, I know it will NEVER get tot the level of national debate.

    But it is the ONLY way to fight Islam. So, instead, prepare to fight them in the streets within 25 years. Its the 1930's all over again, Churchill (those of us who recognize the threat) are voices in the wilderness. The rest are going to deliver us into a religious war on our own soil.

  6. I should have more clear that I'm not advocating internment of muslims. I meant that if the three steps I suggested weren't sufficient to deter muslims from aggressively promoting their oppressive culture in this country by killing their political opponents as they have Europe, we will need to do something like internment. The right to freedom of religion ends when killing people begins.

  7. Islam is already indirectly outlawed in every country that is at least an inch of a lightyear into what we call civilisation. But the laws aren't used 'cause the Death Cult calls itself a RELIGIOUS movement instead of a POLTICAL one. Therefore; ban the Gan-green-ous Pest specifically. Give us the legal muscle to go after every f**kin' Mo-niac with what we got at hand. They're going DOWN and OUT anyway, but it sure wouldn't hurt if our laws left no one in doubt about our right to defend ourselves.

    TRUE INFIDEL
