Houston Dem Mayor Told Citizens to “Think Twice Before Trying to Leave Houston” — Now They’re Dying

Texas' Republican Governor responsibly warned citizens to heed all evacuation orders.
Meanwhile, Houston Mayor, Sylvester Turner invited them to hunker down and wait it through.

    Obviously, the wrong decision.

    At the least, nursing homes in the path of the storm should have been evacuated.

    Could not the mayor have looked at the evacuation plans of areas which rather often must evacuate? The Outer Banks of Virginia and North Carolina, for example.

    Hopefully he will hand in his resignation. Is the least he can do after this. Impeachment would be a resource, but who will do it? Is the Texas Congress up to it?
