All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

The First World War And It's Relevance To Today's Events
From one of our Anonymi:
I’m in the process of watching a fascinating documentary series via Prime-on-demand about The First World War which provides surprising and unnerving insight into current events.
This series is available on YouTube and references to the following commentary are directly linked to video segments .
This ten-part 2003 series is called “The First World War” detailing the comprehensive story of the First World War & featuring excerpts written by Winston Churchill, Karen Blixen (Isak Dinesen), Georges Clemenceu, David Lloyed George, Siegfried Sassoon and Rudolf Hess.
My initial interest in this series was a result of the absence of any reading or familiarity with that period in history - and the very first episode proved worth the investment in time.
I was unaware of the degree Islam played a role ...although it’s influence wasn’t as obvious at first glance.
For instance, in the first episode, we are introduced to the demographic dynamic in Europe in which Gavrilo Princip, a Bosnian-Serb assassinated the Arch Duke and his wife in 1914.
What this documentary clarifies is his motivation.
The First World War : To Arms (1 of 4)
When one considers the fact that Princip was raised in an environment controlled/influenced by the defeated Turks, it’s not much of a stretch to suggest where his loyalties lay.

The year before this fateful turn, control of Bosnia had been wrested from the Turks by the Austro-Hungarians, the enemy Princip wanted to destroy.

Later in the series, Germany’s empire building ambitions are revealed in this tidbit:
The First World War : Global War (1 of 4)
Germany alarmed the world with her imperial tub-thumping – she eyed up Puerto Rico and considered pouncing on the Panama Canal the minute it was completed but the boldest of all the Kaiser’s schemes
was “Operational Plan Three”
Eberhard von Mantey (war planner, German Admiralty Staff): “The east coast is the heart of the United States and this is where she is most vulnerable. New York will panic at the prospect of bombardment.Germany’s secret plans from 1903 to attack the eastern seaboard with 60 ships and a hundred thousand men to shell Manhattan and capture Boston. The outlandish scheme was driven by the Kaiser’s resentment of America’s growing power in the Pacific.
By hitting her here we can force America to negotiate."By hitting her here we can force America to negotiate."
He believed in a militarist state and increasingly hated what the West stood for.
“Service to Mammon, greed, self-indulgence, land-grabbing, neigh, treachery, and not least murder.” –the KaiserThe Kaiser thought capitalism was vulnerable , that a strong enough attack on its international systems of trade,
credit and insurance could bring the edifice tumbling down.
Operational Plan Three was dropped but not the hostility towards capitalist empires.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Was Operational Plan Three actually dropped or reserved for some later time? Merkel’s efforts appear to suggest otherwise considering this clip from another chapter in this video documentary series:
The First World War : Jihad (4 of 4)
Field Marshal von der Goltz died of typhus just before the Turkish victory at Kut, but it was in line with something he wrote — an unusually modern and prophetic view. “For me, the present war is only the beginning of a long, historical development at whose end will stand the defeat of England’s world position.

Rashida Tlaib’s Ties To Anti-Semitism Run Deeper Than Previously Known
Democratic Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s ties to anti-Semitism run deeper than previously known, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation found.
Tlaib, part of a heralded freshman class of House Democrats, has already come under scrutiny over her positions on Israel and ties to fringe figures. But TheDCNF’s investigation uncovered additional ties to anti-Semitism.
Tlaib is a member of the Facebook group “Palestinian American Congress,” where members often demonize Jews. The group’s founder, Palestinian activist Maher Abdel-qader, was a key fundraiser for Tlaib and organized campaign events for her around the country.
In January 2018, Abdel-qader shared an anti-Semitic video that claimed Jews aren’t actually Jewish, and invented their historical claim to Israel and secretly control the media. The video, which described Jews as “satanic,” also questioned whether 6 million Jews actually died in the Holocaust.GO READ THE WHOLE THING.

Police Close Las Vegas Massacre Case: No Answers As To Motive
LAS VEGAS (AP) — The high-stakes gambler responsible for the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history sought notoriety in the attack but left his specific motive a mystery, the FBI said Tuesday as it concluded the investigation of the 2017 massacre that killed 58 country music fans.
While the agency found no “single or clear motivating factor” to explain to explain why Stephen Paddock opened fire from his suite in a high-rise casino hotel, Paddock may have been seeking to follow in his father’s criminal footsteps, the FBI said.
“It wasn’t about MGM, Mandalay Bay or a specific casino or venue,” Aaron Rouse, the agent in charge of the FBI’s Las Vegas office, told The Associated Press. “It was all about doing the maximum amount of damage and him obtaining some form of infamy.”
Paddock’s physical and mental health was declining. His wealth had diminished, and he struggled with aging, federal agents said. The findings were contained in a long-awaited report compiled by the FBI’s Behavior Analysis Unit, a group of experts who spent months examining several factors that might have led to the rampage.GO READ THE WHOLE THING.
Top Defense Official Testifies Trump Does Not Need Congress or National Emergency to Build Border Wall
Mo Brooks: Does 10 U.S.C. § 284 as you understand it, require the declaration of a national emergency before it is implemented?
John Rood: No.
Mo Brooks: It does not?
Rood: No.
Brooks: Has President Trump, to your knowledge, ever used 10 U.S.C § 284 to direct the military to build the wall that is necessary for border security?
Rood: No, not to my knowledge, Congressman.
Brooks: If President Trump were to direct the Pentagon and the United States military pursuant to 10 U.S.C § 284 to build such barriers as are necessary to secure our southern border from drug trafficking and international crime cartels would the United States military obey that order?
Rood: If we judge it to be a lawful order, yes sir. And I assume it would be.

After Jihad Bombings That Murdered More Than 20 Christians and Maimed 100, Duterte Administration Vows to "Crush These Godless Criminals"
They have a god. His name is Satan:
MANILA (Reuters) - The Philippines vowed to destroy those behind twin bombings that killed 20 people during a Sunday church service in the country's restive south, six days after a referendum on autonomy for the mainly Muslim region returned an overwhelming "yes" vote.
The attack wounded more than 100 people and was one of the deadliest in recent years in a region long plagued by instability.
It came amid hope and excitement about the ratification of a devolution plan that aims to bring development, jobs and peace to one of Asia's poorest and most volatile places.
The first explosion went off inside the cathedral on Jolo island, in Sulu province, and was followed by a second blast outside, which was detonated as security forces raced to the scene, officials said.
"The enemies of the state have boldly challenged the capability of the government to secure the safety of the citizenry in that region," said Salvador Panelo, spokesman of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.
"The armed forces of the Philippines will rise to the challenge and crush these godless criminals."
Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack via the militant group's Amaq news agency, describing it as twin suicide bombings that it said killed 120 people.
Marco Rubio on NBC: I Will Fight President Trump Declaring National Emergency Over Border Security
TODD: You have said you are opposed to the national emergency option. In three weeks, I know you have no appetite on either side of the aisle for another shutdown. So if that’s the only way to keep the government funded, he goes national emergency, how defiant are you on this option? Will you fight the president on this or not?
RUBIO: I don’t think it’s a good I think it will be a terrible idea. I hope he doesn’t do it.
TODD: But would you fight him on it?
RUBIO: Sure. Because I think it’s important. Look I don’t think we will have to fight. I’m not sure they will do that. I know it’s an option they looked at. But now you are at the mercy of a district court and ultimately an appellate court. It may not withstand if you look at some of the other rulings we have seen. The other is the precedent it would set. It’s not a good precedent to set.

SUPREME COURT, THERE'S A SPILL ON AISLE 7: Man Told His Trump Shirt Made Local Gym Goers ‘Uncomfortable,’ Was Asked To Not Wear It To The Gym Anymore
A man says he was asked not to wear a shirt supporting President Trump at a gym that he attends in Troy, Mo. Staff Sgt.
Jake Talbot says he has worn the shirt to CDY Fitness in Troy many times before but on Sunday, he says the owner asked him not to wear the shirt again, saying the shirt was offensive to her and others.
“I was just puzzled there for a second. She said that it was racist and represents racism and that’s when I when I was like ‘oh, you’re done,” said Talbot. Talbot says he finished his workout before posting his frustrations to Facebook.
“The owner Liz came up to me and said that Trump shirt I had on was offensive and said I needed to remove it in order to work out there, and that it is linked to racism. I hate the word, its used way too loosely. It’s 2019, get the hell over it, it’s not racism,” Talbot said.
The gym’s owner declined an interview with News 4 but says the shirt made several members uncomfortable. On Sunday she went online and posted that the gym “shouldn’t be a political forum for anyone.”
Attorney Lynette Petruska says the gym’s owner was well within her legal bounds to ask Talbot to take the shirt off.
“The business owner really didn’t violate any First Amendment or anti-discrimination law,” said Petruska. Talbot says he believe the situation could have been handled differently.
“It’s just the racist part she brought up that I just do not like,” said Talbot. Talbot says another nearby gym offered him a year membership for free. He's our fucking President. It sure as hell is a First Amendment violation.

Abu Sayyaf Believed Behind Bombings At Roman Catholic Cathedral In Philippines That Killed 20, Wounded 80
MANILA — (UPDATED) The military on Sunday said it believes that Abu Sayyaf bandits could be behind the fatal explosions at a Catholic Church in Barangay Walled City, Jolo town in Sulu.
Col. Gerry Besana, spokesperson of the military’s Western Mindanao Command, said initial probe of the twin blasts points to the Abu Sayyaf’s “Ajang-Ajang” group.
Authorities were able to point to the group through the CCTV footage they have recovered.
Some 20 people, including civilians and soldiers, died in the blasts as of 2 p.m., Chief Superintendent Graciano Mijares of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao police said.
Around 80 more people, including civilians, soldiers, and policemen were also reportedly injured because of the explosions, the police official added.GO READ THE WHOLE THING.

France's human rights chief has called for the weapon's use to be halted, but the government insists it is deployed only under very strict conditions.

FLASHBACK: Democrats Supported and Paid for Border Wall on Mexican Border …With Guatemala!
The shocker is that Democrats have supported a wall on the Mexican border – with Guatemala. The Democrats in 2016 stated how proud they were to send more than $750 million to our southern friends for God knows what.
A contingent of Congressmen and women, including Speaker Pelosi, visited with the Mexican President and stated [emphasis added] – …this last Congress, in December, we appropriated $750 [million] to help the Northern Triangle countries.
Some are going to say to make sure it goes out as fast as possible, but it’s $750 million dollars to address the issues – the core issues that we have.
In the past, we also have appropriated money to help Mexico secure its southern border with Guatemala. And again, I think, the message here is we have got to look at it as a regional perspective.
We also have been to Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, even Costa Rica with the Cubanos that are coming in largely through Laredo. So what we’re doing is – we want to look at this as a regional approach, work with Mexico and Central America to address these security issues and migration issues.”
'It was like a public execution': American retail workers face mass layoffs
As an employee of one of these big boxers I can tell you living this shit is true. Went from 40 hrs a week Sept thru December then boom In January down to less than half that.
And at any time hours can be chaotic. From 2 pm to 10 pm one day to be back in 6 am -2 pm the next. And the following week it may be completely different but you're lucky to know the schedule more than a week in advance.
Keep this all in mind and realize, too, that when the govt is telling you how great the hiring numbers were it includes these seasonal employees who were then laid off in January, though they tend not to trumpet that too much.
The economy may be doing better overall but I guarantee you there are still plenty of folks out here waiting for it to trickle down.
The Guardian:
'It was like a public execution': American retail workers face mass layoffs
Retailers shed thousands of temporary staff come January but even permanent workers face drastic cuts in hours.
When Emmett Foster started working at the Amazon clothing plant in Norristown, Pennsylvania, last September as a contracted employee, he was under the impression that as long as he received his certifications for T-shirt printing and quality control, he would be kept on as a permanent employee after the holiday season.
“We knew the day was coming when they would make their cuts. The majority of the staff was seasonal. Those of us who had our certifications assumed just the seasonal people would get cut,” Foster said. He commuted from Philadelphia to Norristown four days a week for the job and had resigned another full-time position to take it.
But last week, Foster and dozens of other seasonal and contracted employees at the Amazon clothing plant were laid off along with thousands of other workers at retailers across the U.S. Retailers have just had their best holiday season in six years but for retail workers the post-holiday come down has been brutal.
“They made an announcement we would all take our breaks at the same time. No one thought anything of it,” said Foster. He explained a manager read off a list of names publicly to announce the mass layoffs. “It was a public execution.”
Amazon hired 100,000 seasonal employees for its peak season during the holidays, a mass temporary hiring common throughout the retail industry. A spokesperson for Amazon told the Guardian in an email, “In addition to the third-party employment opportunities contracted through Amazon, we hired more than 100,000 seasonal employees this past holiday season to help manage variation in customer demand in the fulfillment network. However, throughout the year on average, 90% of Amazon-employed associates across our fulfillment network are regular, full-time employees.”
In 2018, an estimated 700,000 workers were hired in the retail industry as seasonal employees, the most since 2015. But as thousands of workers are facing layoffs now that the holiday season is over, even permanent employees at large retailers throughout the United States are experiencing drastic cuts in hours, making it harder for many low-paid workers to make ends meet.
Alexandria Rodriguez, an employee for over three years at a Target in Texas, worked 35 to 40 hours a week during the holidays, only to see her schedule drastically decrease shortly after Christmas. She was scheduled for four hours, then zero hours the next week, 9.5 hours the week after, and next week only 8.5 hours.
“The bills don’t stop when Christmas is over,” said Rodriguez. “My father was diagnosed with cancer a couple of years ago, and he was declared cancer free recently, but he still has the medical bills. My sister and I had to move in with my parents to take care of the rent and everything else. Me not getting paid is them not getting paid, so its affecting my entire family.”
Target did not respond to requests for comment.
“Every Walmart store cuts hours after Christmas. Nobody benefits but the company. Our customers are griping because there’s no one there to help them,” Kostka said. Her hours were reduced this month from 24 hours a week to 15 hours one week, and 23 hours other weeks.
“This week is going to be very hard for me,” Kostka added.
A spokesperson for Walmart told the Guardian in an email: “The holidays are an exciting and busy time in retail, and for the last several years we’ve given the extra hours available during the holidays to our current associates rather than hiring thousands of temporary workers. As the industry returns to its normal beginning-of-the-year pace, we are focused on completing the roll out of our new scheduling approach that provides more consistent schedules and hours, the ability to pick up unfilled shifts, and schedules based on when our people tell us they are truly available.”
Walmart has faced pressure from OUR Walmart, a worker-led organization to provide workers with set schedules in advance and increase opportunities for part-time workers to advance to full-time. A June 2018 survey of 6,000 Walmart employees found 69% of workers wanted to work more hours than they were scheduled.
This pressure from workers, unions and worker-led organizations has led to fair schedule laws being passed in San Francisco, Seattle, New York City, Oregon and Philadelphia, but volatile schedules are still an industry norm in retail, especially after the holiday season.
Employers utilize scheduling practices that provide workers with little notice and varying shifts that change weekly as a tactic to minimize labor costs, though research has shown these practices have hidden costs through increased employee turnover and a decrease in productivity and customer service.
“That gives employers a lot of power over changing their staffing and labor costs to closely mimic exactly what they need and not a minute more of paying for a person’s time,” said Kristen Harknett, associate professor of sociology at UCSF.
Research conducted by the Shift Project, a joint collaboration between the University of California at Berkeley and University of California San Francisco, has found workers with erratic schedules are much more likely to face economic and psychological hardships as a result.
“We see those who have exposure to these scheduling practices are significantly more likely to be psychologically distressed,” said Daniel Schneider, assistant professor of sociology at UC Berkeley. He noted workers with erratic schedules are more likely to report food, housing, and economic insecurities, as well as experience depression and low quality of sleep.

Europe 'coming apart before our eyes', say 30 top intellectuals: Group of historians and writers publish manifesto warning against rise of populism
Stand-In Dweeby Intellectual
LOL
Somehow, "warning against the rise of Populism" sounds an awful lot like "The War on Terror". A phrase inspired by the fear of naming the enemy.
The enemy in this case is The People Demanding Their Right to Govern According To The Will Of The People.
Fuck those fucking intellectuals. "Intellect" is their assertion of dominance. If they don't relent from their tyranny, they are going to learn about another kind of dominance:
Liberal values in Europe face a challenge “not seen since the 1930s”, leading intellectuals from 21 countries have said, as the UK lurches towards Brexit and nationalists look set to make sweeping gains in EU parliamentary elections.
The group of 30 writers, historians and Nobel laureates declared in a manifesto published in several newspapers, including the Guardian, that Europe as an idea was “coming apart before our eyes”.
“We must now will Europe or perish beneath the waves of populism,” the document reads. “We must rediscover political voluntarism or accept that resentment, hatred and their cortege of sad passions will surround and submerge us.”
Italian Secret Service: People-Smugglers May Arrange Mass Drowning for Public Sympathy
This lady, Giorgia Meloni, speaks very clearly and passionately. Wow!
I don't think we have a single politician in America, other than Trump, who speaks this clearly.
From Breitbart:
According to Italian newspaper Il Giornale, the Italian secret services, referred to by the publication as “our 007”, are warning of the possibility of people-smugglers purposely causing a disaster at sea in order to garner sympathy from the West and resume their illegal trade, which has been declining over the last year.
Such a move could be a repeat of other major humanitarian disasters such as a shipwreck which killed around 700 migrants on April 18th, 2015, and led to the commencement of Operation Sophia and an outpouring of support for migrant ferry NGOs operating in the Mediterranean Sea.GO READ THE WHOLE THING.
It Is Later Than You Think
From Sarah Hoyt:
It is only lately—and, I think, in conjunction with many others on the Right—that I have properly ascertained both the magnitude and the severity of the threat we as a civilization face. I choose my words carefully, here—as a civilization. Not just as a nation, but all of us in the broader western world. We have all fallen prey to something pernicious. And it is both exactly what Glenn Reynolds discussed in his USA Today column here—and then again it is something slightly different.
I’m not seeking to present anything new to you today. I will consider myself to have done well if I present what you already know together, without the soporific effect of lengthy times between stories, or the calming effect of great distances. This is not about the future. I am not even sure it is about the present, though I remain optimistic. But see it, and judge it, for yourself— and recognize it for what it is, because I’m lately afraid our time is much dearer than we’d suspected.
It is later than you think.
The world’s seven largest economies, in ranked order, are the US, China, Japan, Germany, the UK, India, and France. Traditionally, China, Japan, and India are considered Eastern nations. Therefore in a practical sense—and probably also, arguably (albeit at more length than I care to go into; I have bigger fish to fry), in a pragmatic and philosophical sense— the heavyweights and current stabilizing poles of the Western world, writ large, are the US, Germany, the UK, and France.
It would be troubling for me to write that there had been a coup in any of these. Yet increasingly it looks like there has been a silent coup—or certainly an attempted one, at all events—in all of these. Not because of grand conspiracy, but because of a kind of monoculture among what Glenn Reynolds refers to above as “the new class”. They are easy to identify, by their smug certainty that they know better what ought to be done with and for you than you yourself do. And they are beholden—as often as they can possibly make this so— to nobody, and are guided by nothing except their doctrinaire beliefs in what might charitably be called academic Marxism, and might more aptly be called simple totalitarianism.
Angela Merkel was the bellwether. Guided not by the desires of her citizens, nor by any apparent concern or understanding of its ramifications, but solely because it was pleasant to pretend that Germany could accommodate them, she opened Germany’s borders to vast hordes of impoverished denizens of the third world. As tends to happen with people imported from backwater nations using absolutely no filtering process to guarantee they are even aware of their host nation’s values— let alone support said values— they brought the cultures of their native motherlands along with them instead (not that this is topical in any way). And on New Years Eve, in 2015, “For all of Germany, police estimated in a document leaked in 2016 that 1,200 women were sexually assaulted and that at least 2,000 men were involved, often acting in groups”. These crimes, largely by ‘men of “Arab or North African appearance”,’ were the gratitude Germany got for its attempt at grandiose humanitarian aid.GO READ THE WHOLE THING.

CNN Reporter: Democrats Are Getting Pounded – Americans Are Catching on That They Don’t Care About Border Security
When you have a party that votes for open borders and to ban ICE it makes it difficult to pretend like you care about national security.
CNN Reporter: Democrats Are Getting Pounded – Americans Are Catching on That They Don’t Care About Border Security
PELOSI SHUT DOWN THE U.S. GOVERNMENT OVER .0011% OF OUR FUCKING BUDGET!!!
This Is CNN: Jake Tapper Opens Show Screaming, “Let Them Eat Trump Steak!”
Why blame Trump?Pelosi is the one who shut down the fucking government.
The total budget is $4.4 TRILLION.
Pelosi will not give Trump $5 Billion for a Border Wall, when we're in the middle of a fucking war.
5,000,000,000 /4,400,000,000,000 = .0011%
Or, in other words,
PELOSI SHUT DOWN THE U.S. GOVERNMENT OVER .0011% OF OUR FUCKING BUDGET!!!
To put that into perspective. The average annual household income in the United States is $59,039.
59,039 divided by .0011% = $64.94
or, in other words, the equivalent of $1.24 per week.
Donald Trump is a symptom of a new kind of class warfare raging at home and abroad
From Glenn Harlan Reynolds, the Instapundit:
In the old Soviet Union, the Marxists assured us that once true communism was established under a “dictatorship of the proletariat,” the state would wither away and everyone would be free.
In fact, however, the dictatorship of the proletariat turned into a dictatorship of the party hacks, who had no interest whatsoever in seeing their positions or power wither.
Yugoslav dissident Milovan Djilas called these party hacks the “New Class,” noting that instead of workers and peasants against capitalists, it was now a case of workers and peasants being ruled by a managerial new class of technocrats who, while purporting to act for the benefit of the workers and peasants, somehow wound up with the lion’s share of the goodies.
Workers and peasants stood in long lines for bread and shoddy household goods, while party leaders and government managers bought imported delicacies in special, secret stores. (In a famous Soviet joke, then-leader Leonid Brezhnev shows his mother his luxury apartment, his limousine, his fancy country house and his helicopter only to have her object: “But what if the communists come back?”)
Djilas’ work was explosive — he was jailed — because it made clear that the workers and peasants had simply replaced one class of exploiters with another. It set the stage for the Soviet Union’s implosion, and for the discrediting of communism among everyone with any sense.
Elites of postwar institutions don't want change
But the New Class isn’t limited to communist countries, really. Around the world in the postwar era, power was taken up by unelected professional and managerial elites.
To understand what’s going on with President Donald Trump and his opposition, and in other countries as diverse as France, Hungary, Italy and Brazil, it’s important to realize that the post-World War II institutional arrangements of the Western democracies are being renegotiated, and that those democracies’ professional and managerial elites don’t like that very much, because they have done very well under those arrangements.
And, like all elites who are doing very well, they don’t want that to change.GO READ THE WHOLE THING.

A Story Of Harassment, Deception, Lies & Retraction
This is my third and hopefully final update to the covington catholic school story that involved a self proclaimed Viatnam veteran named Nathan Phillips and a group of teenage boys, one of which was named Nick Sandmann. There has been plenty of deception through out this entire story and of we can learn ANYTHING from all it should be to research and know all the facts before coming to any judgement because the media isn't always telling the whole story.
Today’s Left Now Openly Aims To Make Christians Second-Class Citizens
From The Federalist:
The left wants to penalize Christians for their faith. The most recent example is the freakout over the vice president’s wife, Karen Pence, teaching part-time at a Christian school that holds students and staff to traditional Christian standards of doctrine and conduct, including sexual conduct.
These requirements are not exceptional among Christian schools (and those of other religions often have similar restrictions), but they have been treated as the vilest bigotry, deserving censure and punishment. CNN’s John King even suggested that teaching at this school should mean forfeiting Pence’s government-provided security.
the left is attempting to establish a modern American version of the penal laws that England used to oppress Irish Catholics and other dissenters. The great Edmund Burke noted that in his time, “If a man is satisfied to be a slave, he may be a Papist with perfect impunity…but he must consider himself as an outlaw from the British Constitution.” Religious liberty was technically allowed, but those who exercised it in nonconforming ways found their other freedoms curtailed.
In Burke’s words, a man’s conscience was made “a trap to catch his liberty.” This is the strategy being developed by much of the left against many traditional Christians today. The First Amendment protects (for now) our right to believe what we will in our homes and churches, but we will be penalized for our beliefs in the professions, the marketplace, and in government.GO READ THE WHOLE THING.

Atty. Robert Barnes on FOX and Friends: We’re Giving Major Media, Celebrities 48 Hours to Retract and Apologize to Covington Kids or Face Lawsuit (VIDEO)
Robert Barnes told FOX and Friends: Because these are all private citizens and many of them minors and kids the law is that saying anything about them is libel. And you don’t have a defense of actual malice all you have to prove is negligence. So a lot of these journalists who have been saying false statements about these kids, false statements about the kids at the Lincoln Memorial, false statements about various photographs that are related to the school, slurring and libeling the entire school and all the alumnae of the school and all you have to prove is that they were negligent in doing so. At this standpoint at this point in time it is clear that anyone who continues to libel about these kids has done so illegally and can be sued for it.
FOX and Friends: Why do you want to do this? Why do you want to help the families?
Robert Barnes: Well the nature of libel lawsuits is that they generally are very hard to bring. They cost between a quarter of a million and a million dollars to bring. That’s how much powerful people will use for their legal fees to defend such suits. So I wanted to equalize the playing field. These are people who couldn’t afford to bring this claim on their own behalf. That’s why I offered my services for free because somebody needed to stop this from occurring to other kids across the country… Everybody is now FOX and Friends: I understand you want to give 48 hours notice. That’s your plan. Robert Barnes: Everybody is now on 48 hours notice. So by Friday everybody needs to retract and correct any false statements they have issued about these kids. That means any major member of the media. That means any celebrity. That means anybody with a substantial social media platform. If you have said anything false about these kids. They are willing to to offer you a 48 hour time period, a period of grace, consistent with their Christian faith, for you to through confessions get redemption to retract and apologize. If you do not in the next week you may be a defendant in a lawsuit.
UN Human Rights Council proves its anti-Israel bias in its own graphic
The UN Human Rights Council issued a self-congratulatory report for its activities in 2018.
One of the infographics in the report shows a count of all statements and resolutions by country with bubbles roughly proportionate in size to the count.
Resolutions involving Israel and "Palestine" (which they disingenuously count separately, even though all of them are criticizing Israel) are so numerous that the graphic artists needed to find enough empty space on the world map to fit them. So pro-"Palestine" resolutions are in Greenland and ant-Israel resolutions are in the north Atlantic and North America.
I highlighted them. Click to see the entire map full size.
Both of the largest bubbles represent not all resolutions, but only those under UNHRC Ite, 7, which is dedicated to bashing Israel (“Human rights situation in Palestine and other occupied Arab territories”.)
By separating Israel and "Palestine" the artist attempts to minimize the absurdity of how much time the UNHRC spends on Israel, but even afterwards the two bubbles dominate the map.

Democrat Ilhan Omar Defends Vile Black Supremacists, Slams Covington Catholic Teens
AND THEN THERE'S THIS:
Attorney Robert Barnes Puts Democrat Ilhan Omar on Notice For Spreading Lies About Covington Teens
AND ILHAN OMAR RETRACTS:
The only thing worse than a malicious lie is the people who try to keep it alive even after it has been thoroughly discredited.
And that’s exactly what Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., did Tuesday evening when she repeated a series of disproven allegations leveled against a group of Covington Catholic High School students who attended the March for Life last week. They were falsely accused this weekend of “mobbing” Nathan Phillips, a Native American protester — footage of the incident shows otherwise.
“The boys were protesting a woman’s right to choose & yelled ‘it’s not rape if you enjoy it,’” the congresswoman said in a since-deleted tweet.
Her comments were made specifically in response to President Trump, who also tweeted Tuesday in reference to the March for Life incident that “the students of Covington have become symbols of Fake News and how evil it can be. They have captivated the attention of the world, and I know they will use it for the good – maybe even to bring people together. It started off unpleasant, but can end in a dream!”
Rep. Omar’s tweet also claimed, falsely, that the Covington students “were taunting 5 Black men before they surrounded Phillips and led racist chants.”
Her note concluded with a reference to Nick Sandmann, the most visible student from the March for Life incident, claiming the teen’s “family hired a right wing PR firm to write his non-apology” for his interview this week with NBC News’ Savannah Guthrie.
It’s rare when someone manages to get this much wrong in such little space with so few words, but Omar has so far shown a special talent for this sort of thing. Let’s work through her baseless accusations, misleading statements, and outright falsehoods one by one.

Report: Saudi Islamic Government to Bulldoze Biblical “Mountain of Moses” Site Where Moses Met God
Security analyst Ryan Mauro and the Doubting Thomas Research Foundation released a documentary with detailing their evidence of Sinai in Saudi Arabia.
It is claimed there is proof of the Israelites encampment at the foot of the mountain, which also has a blackened peak as if it was set on fire. Historians and Biblical scholars remained divided on the location of the real Sinai in the Middle East.
However, the researchers and explorers fear its location could never be found if the Neom project bulldozes the area.
Bible scholars have claimed there is evidence that suggests the peak Jabal al-Lawz in the Middle Eastern kingdom is actually Mount Sinai.
The site is a 8,460 foot peak known as the “mountain of almonds”, located in north east Saudi Arabia near the border with Jordan.
Moses leads the Israelites to the mountain which is enveloped by fire, smoke and thunder, according to the Book of Exodus in the Bible.
The prophet then ascends Mount Sinai where he convenes with God to receive the Ten Commandments. Experts from the Doubting Thomas Research Foundation have backed the location of Sinai, and also pointed out the fact it lies right in the footprint of proposed Saudi mega city Neom.
Neom is a project proposed by Riyadh that would cover 10,200 square miles – 33 times the size of New York – and would end up covering the suspected Holy site from the Bible.
