Muhammed Parvez killed his daughter Aqsa because she wouldn't cover herself up in the slaves chains of the Hijab.
The father of a Mississauga teen killed last year has been charged today
with first-degree murder in connection with her death.
Muhammad Parvez, 57, appeared in a Brampton courtroom today where he
was officially charged. The charge is an indication investigators believe the
girl’s killing was pre-meditated.
Parvez was arrested in early December after
his daughter Aqsa, 16, was found strangled in the family's Mississauga
home.
Paramedics revived her, but she died later in hospital....
The death drew international attention after her friends said she had
argued with her father over her desire to shun the hijab, a traditional Muslim
scarf that covers the head and shoulders....

Pastorius,
I know they don't allow the death penalty in Canada, but I hope they give him the harshest sentence possible under Canadian law. This guy needs to pay!
Ironically enough, if they don't convict this guy and give him a harsh sentence, it means they do allow the Islamic death penalty,
EH?
Pastorius,
You have a point there, unless of course he somehow is innocent, but I would have a hard time believing there is any reasonable doubt in this case. It seems to be a pretty open and shut to me.
Well, she may have choked herself.
