All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
"Saudi Arabia is quietly amassing quite a portfolio of American energy assets. State-owned Saudi Aramco is already co-owner, with Royal Dutch Shell , of Motiva, the largest U.S. refinery. Under an already signed agreement, in April 2017, Aramco will take full ownership of the most valuable Motiva assets. Now comes news that Motiva is the leading candidate to purchase the Lyondell Basell Refinery in Houston. This would give Saudi Arabia control of two major Texas refineries proving, once again, that American energy independence is impossible.
Qatar Petroleum, along with ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips, built the GoldenPass LNG facility on the Gulf Coast. The plant, one of the largest in the world, began operations in 2010. Qatar Petroleum owns 70% of the facilities and is currently pursuing authorization from the U.S. government to export American produced LNG to customers around the globe. And here we thought this country was finally approaching the day when we could sever the OIC influence on our national security. A 35-year-old hairdresser was allegedly stabbed to death by her husband inside their apartment because he was upset she had converted to Christianity.
Amir Darbanou was charged with the murder of his wife Nasrin Abek after her body was found inside their apartment in the affluent suburb of Potts Point on Thursday.
A 16-YEAR-OLD Christian boy faces the death penalty after he was accused of insulting Islam in a Facebook post.
The boy has been arrested and charged with blasphemy after a photo of the Kaaba in Mecca, one of the holiest sites in Islam, appeared on his profile.Starts with Paki.
Shahbaz Ahmed, a police official, said the informant contacted officers over a post “hurting religious sentiments of Muslims and desecrating the religious place”.
He said the boy "had done a great injustice to us by badly hurting our religious feelings”.
A layered 15 years marked by a roller coaster that speeds from attack, public outrage, media sensitization, hijabi hate-crime incident, opportunistic politicians coming out of the woodwork, more hate crimes — followed by a little calm and a glimpse of hope.
But then before you know it, it happens all over again. And every time a tragedy hits labeled “terrorism,” you find yourself transported once again into the 15-year-old you sitting in English class watching the Twin Towers fall, selfishly thinking, “please don’t be Muslims.”More:
As Muslims that are and/or have become part of the Western landscape, whether by ancestry, choice, circumstance or force, we have come to be intimately familiar with carrying the weight of more than a billion people on our shoulders. In those 15 years, we've had the annihilation of 3,000 lives in NYC, the bombings in London, the murders of children in Beslan, the multiple assaults in France which resulted in hundreds of deaths and so many more to list. But all that death and carnage pales in comparison to the amputated feelings of Muslims in the West.
The manner in which the popular narrative of “Muslim” is constructed and juxtaposed to “terrorism” is such that it pushes us into spaces where we are made to immediately and intensely feel our Muslim-ness as the ultimate “incomprehensible Other.”That should be the "reprehensible Other".
Living in a narrowly constructed caricature of the “scary unintelligible subject” is not simply an issue of living in constant conversation with an ill-informed stereotype. That, of course, is a major issue — but what’s more fundamentally at issue is our ability to simply feel, to simply be.Profound.
We need to prioritize our communities; prioritize our young people; prioritize our visible Muslimah out there facing a vicious brand of gendered Islamophobia; prioritize our over-securitized brothers who are going to need to stay resilient and collected in the regular routine of ‘random’ security checks that have become their life; prioritize our community workers and activists who put themselves out there fighting the good fight everyday; prioritize our little ones that are going to hear remarks made in school about their identity and history that they are not going to know what to do with; prioritize our poor and highly racialized parts of our community that do not have the luxury of taking the day off, or resources to deal with the layered battles of classism, racism and Islamophobia. So brave. 15 years of increasing Islamic assaults on the West and not one word against the evil core of his religion. Not one word against his demented coreligionists who keep slaughtering innocents every damn day. It's all about BadFeelz and the super bad, classist, racist, Islamophobic West. That, ladies and gentlemen, is a pukka moderate Muslim.
The identity of the ‘cleanup man’ has been reported as being lawyer Brady Williamson. He has been involved with the Clinton’s for a long time. The fact that the Clinton’s used him, a lawyer, to pick up her papers after the debate leads to many questions. For example, why not have an intern pick the papers up and why the hurry (he was timed in picking up the papers 10 seconds after the debate finished).
Also, it’s reported that Williamson was involved in projects in Iraq, Southern Sudan, Egypt and Bangladesh, traveling frequently to Baghdad and East Africa to work with the committees drafting new national and regional constitutions. His constitutional work has been sponsored, under a grant from the U.S. government, by the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), a nonprofit organization working to strengthen democracy world-wide.
It’s also reported that the NDI was given a grant of $14 million and then court proceedings against NDI’s staff began in Cairo on February 2012,. NDI was charged with managing an unlicensed nongovernmental organization and receiving funds from the U.S. government without the approval of the Egyptian government.GO READ THE WHOLE THING.
Speaking to reporters at a Thursday press conference, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo raised the possibility that Thursday’s horrific train crash in Hoboken, New Jersey was somehow the work of “enemies” of the United States of America.
“I would like to take this opportunity to say that these are difficult times over these past weeks and months between terrorist attacks and natural disasters,” Cuomo told the gathered crowd of reporters.
“We have had our hands full in this country. We have had our hands full in the Northeast.” “I want to thank the linden police who did an extraordinary job in apprehending Rahami in connection with the Chelsea bombing, and they did a fantastic job,” he continued.
“I want to thank the coordination and the cooperation of our neighbors and partners in making that happen.”
“Today is another situation for us to deal with, but, I also believe as many challenges as Mother Nature sends us, or our enemies send us, we are up to handling them,” he noted. “We’ll handle them one at a time, but when we work together, there is nothing that we can’t accomplish and nothing that we cannot over come.”Second, there was a very odd warning the day before the Train Crash, which appeared in the form of an apparent hack of a Television News Scroll at the bottom of the TV screen:
Tommy Gallagher, of Morris Plains, New Jersey, was hospitalized in critical condition after the crash, WABC-TV reports. A passenger said he was “completely bloodied,” when he was taken out of the train, according to the New York Daily News. But he had been released from the hospital by Thursday night, ABC reporter Josh Margolin reports. He is cooperating with authorities as they investigate what caused the train to crash into the station. He has not yet commented publicly about what happened. The NTSB said they have not yet interviewed him.I think this means officials KNOW it is not his fault.
In an episode of "The Deen Show" posted on YouTube on September 11, Sheikh Mustafa Umar, founder and director of California Islamic University, promoted polygyny as "an avenue for many women to get married" instead of remaining single for the rest of their lives, citing as an example women who spend years studying medicine.
Sunday’s vote is essentially to decide whether Hungary’s borders are controlled by the national parliament or by the EU.
The openly anti-migrant Viktor Orban believes that a vote to retain control at national level may have a domino effect within the EU and for that reason politicians of Brussels are already attacking it.
Mr Orban said: "By a successful referendum we can possibly succeed in fights with those who want to weaken Europe by uncontrolled migration.
"We should deport all of those who entered Europe unlawfully. We either protect our home, Europe, or we are going to lose it completely."
The Hungarian leader claims the EU’s open-door migrant policy is triggering deeper problems for Europe and even the refugees.
Mr Orban thinks the solution lies in stopping migrants from leaving their homes completely.
He said: "Accepting the influx of migrants in Europe is like going to war with our hands thrown up in the air.
"We believe that we should protect our borders and we should avoid hundreds of thousands of people from entering Europe.
"Furthermore, we should effectively stop them from leaving their own countries.

FEMA’s IPAWS will hold a national test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) on Wednesday, September 28th, 2016 at 2:20pm EDT. The National Periodic Test (NPT) code, which is used to distribute the national test, is similar to the Regular Monthly test (RMT) code that generates a brief EAS message on radio, TV, and cable indicating a test of the EAS is in progress.
The NPT test code will be sent from FEMA’s alerting infrastructure, known as IPAWS, and relayed through all aspects of the EAS. The test message will be the same as a typical monthly EAS test message, with one exception: the word “National” will be added to the test message.
The goal of the mandatory test is to assess the operational readiness and effectiveness of the IPAWS infrastructure for distribution of a national-level message to the public. A second goal is to implement a standard method for regular alert and warning tests which help to improve the national preparedness posture.
The test is expected to have limited impact on the public with only minor disruptions of radio and television programs. Only the EAS will be tested in this nationwide test. Cell phone and other FEMA alerting capabilities will not be tested during this event.
Less than two weeks after the terrorist bombings in New Jersey and New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio’s administration is launching a new campaign against the “negative rhetoric targeting Muslim communities” that the city says gets worse after “terrorist incidents.”
A press release from the city on Monday explained the reasoning for the new anti-anti-Islam efforts: “Across the country, hateful speech has made Muslim residents the target of misguided attacks and threats, especially in the aftermath of terrorist incidents,” states a press release from the city.
The city is targeting Muslims for community outreach efforts, “including issuing a new multilingual fact sheet explaining protections against religious discrimination with a focus on Muslim communities and a new multilingual brochure on religious protections under NYC Human Rights Law with practical examples to identify discrimination in the workplace, housing, and public accommodations.”
On Monday, the city launched a new digital ad campaign that features pictures of Muslims with captions that read, “I am Muslim. I am NYC.” The ads continue in smaller print: “New Yorkers of all faiths deserve to live safely and free from discrimination. In NYC, it’s illegal to discriminate against or harass someone based on their religion or creed. #IAmMuslimNYC”
Three conservative states are suing the Obama administration in an attempt to block the U.S. government from ceding oversight of some of the internet’s core systems.I wish Texas and the others good luck with this suit, and it's good they're concerned, because local security is just as important as national, and they have every right to be concerned on those grounds too.
The attorneys general of Texas, Oklahoma and Arizona on Thursday asked a federal court in Galveston, Texas, to keep the Commerce Department from relinquishing oversight of ICANN, or the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.
The internet relies on the “domain name” system. That includes directories helping computers on the network send data. ICANN has overseen the directories since 1998.
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and others opposed the transition, which was approved by Congress in a temporary spending bill keeping the government running. The lawsuit says ceding control of ICANN violates the Property Clause of U.S. Constitution, which restricts giving away government property.
But the heavy use of Russian airpower in Syria has compounded U.S. distrust of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s geopolitical intentions, not only in the 5-1/2 year civil war, but also in the Ukraine conflict and in what U.S. officials say are Russian-backed cyber attacks on U.S. political targets. With only four months left in office, Obama is loath to commit to any large-scale commitment of U.S. Troops.Critics of Obama’s policy in Syria argue that he set a goal – Assad’s departure – without providing sufficient means to achieve it by arming the rebels earlier and more extensively, allowing U.S. allies to do so or using U.S. military might to tip the scales in the conflict.
The U.S. officials said the failure of diplomacy in Syria has left the Obama administration no choice but to consider alternatives, most of which involve some use of force and have been examined before but held in abeyance.
Other options to military troops include allowing America’s Gulf allies to supply the rebels with more sophisticated weaponry and, a U.S.-led airstrike on an Assad-controlled air base, which would cause fewer Russian casualties.
Further, foreign policy experts inside and outside the administration have said Obama erred when he pulled back from launching air strikes on Syria to enforce a “red line” he set against the Assad government’s use of chemical weapons. The result, they argued, was to diminish U.S. credibility in Moscow, Damascus and elsewhere because the perception took hold that Obama would not keep his word and follow through on his threat.
Mazin AbdulAdhim, a prominent Imam of Iraqi descent in London, Ontario who is affiliated with the radical Islamic global movement of Hizb ut-Tahrir, asserts that “Islam and democracy are contradictory and absolutely incompatible.
So what is Imam Mazin AbdulAdhim doing in Canada? He’s on a mission, of course, as are his “stealth” jihadist counterparts.
He called on Canadian Muslims to stick to the Islamic law, reject secularism, work together to spread Islam, re-establish the Islamic State (Caliphate) and implement the rulings of Islam (Sharia Law).
Roughly 12,000 migrants have fallen from radar after receiving a negative response to their asylum requests. And police are on the prowl, seeing to process them for deportation.
“Astonishingly, the churches are helping the in-hiding migrants with food and medicine. … “[A] deacon in Linköping, Anna Ramén, said she estimated that 500 to 1000 failed asylum-seekers have gone under ground in her area alone.
She said: ‘Many people who live this way are living under a lot of pressure and stress, they don’t know what will happen.
“‘The help we can offer is not enough [because] there are so many.'” She also said that she was only helping the migrants hide from authorities, not avoid deportation. But how is that possible?
“It is illegal for any foreigner to remain in the country after having an application from asylum denied.
“However, Ms. Ramén added that laws and regulations should be there to help people.
“She said: ‘We have laws and regulations that [are in place] to help people, but sometimes these laws and regulations also topple people.
“‘That people lose their human dignity is not consistent with our Christian faith.'”
But the church actions, which already violate law, aren’t really consistent with Swedish will, either.
“The revelation comes as a poll revealed the famously liberal Swedes have turned against migrants after being pushed to breaking point in the struggle to cope with the ‘totally unprecedented’ influx of refugees.
“The study claimed the previously welcoming country has now reached its tolerance limit following months of migrant violence, sexual assaults and the death of asylum worker Alexandra Mezher in January this year.
“In 2015 alone Sweden, with a population of 9.5 million, received over 160,000 asylum applications and the country is expected to take as many as 190,000 refugees, or two per cent of the population, before the end of 2016.”AND THEN THERE'S THIS:

ROCKY RIVER, OH (WOIO) – A 63-year-old father is facing murder, felonious assault, and domestic violence charges after Rocky River police say he shot his daughter twice. tahani-mansour Tahani Mansour was rushed to Fairview Hospital Tuesday morning.
She died around 11 a.m., 10 hours after police say Jamal Mansour shot her. In front of a judge on Tuesday, he said it was an accident.
The victim’s brother called 9-1-1 for help at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday. He told the operator his father just shot his sister in her room at the family’s home on Vine Court. This is how a portion of the 9-1-1 call went:
Operator: “Go ahead sir.”
Caller: “Yes, my sister has been shot. Please send an ambulance, please.”
Operator: “OK, where has she been shot at?”
Caller: “In her room.”
Operator: “OK. Did she shoot herself? Did you see who shot her?”
Caller: “No, my father shot her.”
During the 911 call, the brother said that his father has diabetes.
Police say the father shot his daughter twice in the head.
“We don’t have a solid motive other than an argument occurred between a father and his daughter,” said Lt. George Lichman with Rocky River Police.
Lichman says Tahani Mansour was one of six children. She lived at home with her parents and was the youngest child.
“We had the fire department respond and do an evaluation, it turns out (the father) was not under any medical care at the time of the incident and since he’s been in our jail,” Lichman said, when asked about his health.
The victim graduated from Rocky River High School, and went to Cleveland State. She had a doctor of pharmacy degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. From AP:
ROCKY RIVER, Ohio (AP) — A suburban Cleveland man has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of his adult daughter at the family’s home.
Rocky River police say Jamal Mansour shot 27-year-old Tahani Mansour several times in the head during an argument early Tuesday.
Police Lt. Bill Crates says detectives are trying to determine why the man shot his daughter, a licensed pharmacist, with a .38-caliber revolver.
Jamal Mansour told a judge Tuesday it was an accident. Court records don’t indicate whether he has an attorney.
He’s being held on a $1.5 million bond. The 63-year-old father and gas station owner was arrested at the home.
Mansour’s wife and two other children also were there when the shooting occurred.
Crates says Jamal Mansour has no criminal history. From Fox 8:
Paramedics and police rushed to the home after the brother of Tahani Mansour reported that she had been shot twice while asleep in her bed.
When asked to explain why the father would shoot his own daughter, family members blamed a medical condition; they said Mansour is a diabetic. In other words, they gave no motive.

Authorities in France thwarted as many as five cases of terrorist plots that sought to target various sites, Prosecutor Jean-Michel Pretre said in a documentary titled ‘Deradicalized’ to be shown on France 3.
"Several cases have been passed on to the anti-terrorism prosecutor in Paris. It was about religious sites, during certain celebrations, sporting events, stadiums, schools," said Pretre.
The foiled attacks involved "people who started to articulate things that are rather precise about a type of target or even a specific target," the prosecutor was quoted as saying.
On Monday, Pretre said that as many as 70 cases related to terrorism or radicalization had been investigated since the attack in Nice in July.
France has been on high alert since the beginning of 2015 after a series of terrorist attacks hit the country. It declared a state of emergency after the November attacks in Paris which claimed the lives of more than 130 people.
