Back when I was a kid, the veil symbolized purity and devotion to God as with nuns and women covering their heads during church services. Since 1979 - as a direct result of the Iranian hostage crisis, and then the visualization of the burkah and hijab and niqab etc. suddenly being foisted upon females throughout the 56 Islamic entities across several continents, the veil illustrates deceit, violence, hatred, pure evil. Islam destroys humanity.
