If memory serves me, a Navy ship had a navigational failure a couple of years ago during a port of call and there was speculation in the press that it was a cyber attack on the quarterdeck.
If it is a computer... it can be hacked.
Would also cause a nightmare disruption in the event a mass evacuation is needed due to natural or man made disasters, wouldn't it?
Environmental terrorism?
Or international terrorism?
