Howard Univ. - 'black' university. But I think Obama might have heard of this thing...I think they call it the INTERNET?
I think what he means is he believes some of the changes he has already put in place
H1B Visas/Student Visas
The movement of minorities to suburbs and their placement in colleges along with immigrants
Importing Muslims
will bring profound changes to America in coming decades.
