Yeah. This performance, in particular, is pretty chaotic. Later they became increasingly tight and composed. But always out there, compared to the other bands of the time.
It's kind of funny to look back and think, they were called a Jazz/Rock Fusion band. They were nothing like the Mahavishnu Orchestra or Return to Forever, or Spyro Gyra, or Jeff Lorber, or any of the other bands who were called Fusion.
