It appears ICE may be targeting illegal aliens who are most involved in activism - an efficient way to not only deport illegals, but crush their resolve.

California Democrats are terrified that Trump adding a citizenship question to the census will result in illegal aliens not being able to participate, causing California to lose a seat in Congress and billions in federal funding.
You can only cheat the system for so long.

Plus if you lie about citizenship you have committed fraud. Less will be willing to interview. Not only will this affect a seat, the census results determine funding.
