Recently, senators demanded that Chief Justice John Roberts appear to answer to them for his own decisions. (Roberts wisely declined.)
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer previously declared in front of the Supreme Court, “I want to tell you, [Neil] Gorsuch, I want to tell you, [Brett] Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.”
Now Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) announced that she will seek the impeachment of all six of the conservative justices. She was immediately joined by other Democratic members.
Notably, scholars have long disagreed where to draw the line on presidential immunity. The court adopted a middle approach that rejected extreme arguments on both sides.
Yet, because Ocasio-Cortez disagrees with their decision, she has declared that this “is an assault on American democracy. It is up to Congress to defend our nation from this authoritarian capture.”
Previously, Ocasio-Cortez admitted that she does not understand why we even have a Supreme Court. She asked “How much does the current structure benefit us? And I don’t think it does.”
Other members, such as Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), have called for packing the Court with additional members to immediately secure a liberal majority to rule as she desires.
For these pundits and politicians, justice is merely an extension of politics and subject to the whims of the majority. . .
. . . None of these threats or bloviating will work. The court is designed to stand against everyone and everything except for the Constitution. It has been forged for his moment.

Remember, Alison filed for divorce after catching JPM and Mica in an affair. The affair allegedly came to light after they were caught in a sexual act back in 2015.
Here are highlights from the article:
• According to documents, Alison says, “Our separation was a result of my discovering that the defendant was having an affair with the praise and worship leader in our church, who was also the weekly babysitter of our four children, and the wife of his best friend.”
• She continues to with, “His marital misconduct not only destroyed my marriage, but also caused me to lose my church family and income, along with severely damaging the relationship between the defendant and our children.”
• The documents added that Miller allegedly 'confessed' to his then-wife and members of the church that he had sexual encounters with young females from the church, who were under the age of sixteen.'
• The couple initially signed a final divorce agreement, which ruled that Miller would pay $1,200 in child support and $1,100 in alimony. He only made one payment before saying he could no longer afford the court ordered amount.
• Bizarrely he claimed he had fallen out of a tree and broken his legs 'while trying for reconciliation' with Alison. He ended up appearing in court in a wheelchair.
• JPM rebutted claims that he was earning more than ever in 2017, saying the 'stress of finances is unbearable', claiming to have borrowed $20,000 from friends.
• The matter was ultimately resolved with Miller agreeing to pay alimony and child support to his ex-wife.
This comes from the same Daily Mail report accusing JPM of sexual acts with children under 16 and his addiction to prostitutes.
In the 2017 affidavit, Miller’s ex-wife says, “he had previously admitted to both me and our congregation, that he had an addiction to prostitution,”
She also added, “He had also confessed to me and other staff members of the church that he had sexual encounters with young females from the church, who were under the age of sixteen.”
Mica Miller committed suicide on Saturday, April 27th, in a North Carolina State Park. Police confirmed John-Paul Miller was nowhere near the scene.
Instead, Police say, he was with another woman he’s allegedly romantically involved with. Many believe this woman is Susie Skinner.
Although the bigger and bolder sister who has always stolen the spotlight (and rightly so) The Declaration of Independence was the formal document to the masses (a press release if you will) as to just what The Continental Congress was up to and why but IT WAS NOT the document that declared us free of the British Crown.
That document was The Lee Resolution, "The Resolution for Independence", introduced to the Continental Congress on June 7, 1776 by Richard Henry Lee of Virginia. Voting was initially delayed for 20 days or so in order for states like South Carolina and New York to send home for new instructions from their legislatures on just how their states wanted to proceed with this development. Meanwhile T Jefferson and his buddies began work on the much bigger document in case the resolution passed.
Voting was scheduled for July 1, 1776 but was postponed until July 2 so that South Carolina could firm up its delegates support to unanimity and a midnight ride through a thunderstorm be made to Delaware to bring back Caeser Rodney to break the yay/nay tie in the Delaware delegation.
On July 2 two delegates from Pennsylvania , including John Dickinson, "called in sick" feeling that they could not support the break from England but did not want to be the only ones obstructing a unanimous vote. New York had not yet received new instructions from its legislature and thus, although present, abstained from voting.
The final tally that day was 12 states in favor of independence, none against and one abstention. The resolution passed.
The document that actually declared our independence from Britain and created The United States of America reads thus:
Resolved, That these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be, free and independent States, that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain is, and ought to be, totally dissolved.
That it is expedient forthwith to take the most effectual measures for forming foreign Alliances.
That a plan of confederation be prepared and transmitted to the respective Colonies for their consideration and approbation.

Debate over the wording of The Declaration of Independence would continue for another two days until it was adopted July 4, 1776. Several hundred copies were rush printed (as rushed as could be back then) then these Dunlap Broadsides were distributed to the colonies and the first public reading of The Declaration of Independence happened on July 8, 1776 in the courtyard of The Pennsylvania State House (Independence Hall), as well as in Easton, Pa. and Trenton NJ.
But by then it was a fait accompli. Independence had been declared with The Lee Resolution, we were at war with Great Britain and men like Hancock and Jefferson and Franklin and Samuel Chase and Benjamin Rush and the Adams boys were considered traitors and brigands who faced a horrific end if it all went sideways.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark — Denmark will tax livestock farmers for the greenhouse gases emitted by their cows, sheep and pigs from 2030, the first country to do so as it targets a major source of methane emissions, one of the most potent gases contributing to global warming.
The aim is to reduce Danish greenhouse gas emissions by 70% from 1990 levels by 2030, said Taxation Minister Jeppe Bruus.
As of 2030, Danish livestock farmers will be taxed 300 kroner ($43) per ton of carbon dioxide equivalent in 2030. The tax will increase to 750 kroner ($108) by 2035. However, because of an income tax deduction of 60%, the actual cost per ton will start at 120 kroner ($17.3) and increase to 300 kroner by 2035.
Although carbon dioxide typically gets more attention for its role in climate change, methane traps about 87 times more heat on a 20-year timescale, according to the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

It’s a Greek / American hotspot as many of our family members brought the town to prominence.
The last couple of summers and especially this one the locals have been complaining that it’s been quiet.
Restaurant owners wondering where the people are. Stores closing at weird hours.
Empty streets, piers, parks, carousels and empty retail stores.
I walk around often and have seen the businesses suffering, tourists lacking and the streets not filled with laughter.

Because in a 4-5 block radius in the town I saw over 20 pride flags ????
Some stores draped in them, but nobody is shopping, eating or drinking.
Yet they still ask what’s happening,
Couldn’t be more obvious to a father.As a father of three, I can tell you parents who have visited one time, won’t be back.
Why would they, and I don’t blame them.
Why am I here? Cause I own properties.
Otherwise I wouldn’t.
It’s become perverted and desolate.
