All the action, or at least the potential for action, is in the release of the IG report. Obviously, Horowitz's bit about finding no political bias is what the Democrat-Media Complex is going to be blasting far and wide, and for the LIV crowd and brainwashed base, that is all they are going to hear. 

While Michael Horowitz is a creature of the Deep State who will do what he can to protect it, there are a few things worthy of noting. First, the reason he concluded he found no political bias was because none of the criminals involved were ever going to admit as such. While his egregious omission of the Strzok-Page "insurance policy" text messages are indeed infuriating, the rest of the report essentially confirms the malfeasance and utter criminality at the FBI and DoJ. 

That plus William Barr's and John Durham's almost instant rebuke of Horowitz's de facto "nothing-to-see-here-move-along" meme should have Deep Staters soiling their panty-girdles. Whatever comes of the final chapter in all of this, I firmly believe that the two of them are hell bent on actually taking on the Deep State. But let's leave that for later. 

Barr sat down with MSLSD propagandist Pete Williams and "...called the American press "completely irresponsible" regarding claims the 2016 presidential campaign of Donald Trump colluded with the Russians. 

Barr said, "I think our nation was turned on its head for three years, I think based on a completely bogus narrative that was largely fanned and hyped by a completely irresponsible press." 

He added, "... I think probably from a civil liberties standpoint, the greatest danger to our free system is that the incumbent government use the apparatus of the state - principally the law enforcement agencies and the intelligence agencies -- both to spy on political opponents but also to use them in a way that could affect the outcome of the election." 

"As far as I'm aware," said Barr, "this is the first time in history that this has been done to a presidential campaign, and the use of these counter-intelligence techniques against a presidential campaign..." 

I would say that the press was not so much irresponsible as it was a co-conspirator with Brennan, Comey and Clapper, especially given the fact that we now have it confirmed that Comey knew that the "pee" dossier was indeed fake news and yet he still briefed Trump on it, which was then the pretext that allowed Brennan and Clapper to leak that to the press, in this case Buzzfeed, and the conspirators used that either to bamboozle or with a nod and a wink get FISA warrants to spy on the President-elect. 

And the rest as they say is history. Three years of riling up an already divided nation in an effort to overthrow Trump and in their minds preserve, protect and defend their grip on power.

The TV journalist, 39, posted screenshots Sunday which showed his tweet, calling the actions of the gunman ‘Islamist terror’, was ‘no longer available’. 

He followed up with a picture of his appeal regarding the decision. Saudi military student Alshamrani, 21, killed three people and injured 12 when he opened fire at Navy Station Pensacola on Friday. 

Hegseth shared a grab from the shooter’s Twitter account Saturday, writing: ‘Here’s the (now blocked) tweet from Saudi Islamist Mohammed Alshamrani, who murder 3 brave Americans in Florida.

The IG report might have falsely claimed that there was no evidence of political bias in the opening of Crossfire Hurricane, BUT IT FOUND THAT ALL OF DEVIN NUNES' CLAIMS ABOUT LIES TOLD TO SECURE THE FISA WARRANT WERE TRUE, AND ALL OF ADAM SCHIFF'S COUNTER-CLAIMS WERE FALSE

The IG report might have falsely claimed that there was no evidence of political bias in the opening of Crossfire Hurricane, but it found that all of Devin Nunes' claims about lies told to secure the FISA warrant were true, and all of Adam Schiff's counter-claims were false: 

The memo from the Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee reported: 

* A salacious and unverified dossier formed an essential part of the application to secure a warrant against a Trump campaign affiliate named Carter Page. This application failed to reveal that the dossier was bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee. 

* The application cited a Yahoo News article extensively. The story did not corroborate the dossier, and the FBI wrongly claimed Christopher Steele, the author of the dossier, was not a source for the story. 

* Nellie Ohr, the wife of a high-ranking Justice Department official, also worked on behalf of the Clinton campaign effort. Her husband Bruce Ohr funneled her research into the Department of Justice. Although he admitted that Steele "was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president," this and the Ohrs' relationship with the Clinton campaign was concealed from the secret court that grants surveillance warrants. 

* The dossier was "only minimally corroborated" and unverified, according to FBI officials. All of these things were found to be true by the Inspector General Michael Horowitz in his December 9 report. In fact, Horowitz detailed rampant abuse that went far beyond these four items. The Democratic minority on the committee, then led by Rep. Adam Schiff, put out a response memo with competing claims: 

* FBI and DOJ officials did not omit material information from the FISA warrant. 

* The DOJ "made only narrow use of information from Steele's sources about Page's specific activities in 2016." 

* In subsequent FISA renewals, DOJ provided additional information that corroborated Steele's reporting. 

* The Page FISA warrant allowed the FBI to collect "valuable intelligence." 

* "Far from 'omitting' material facts about Steele, as the Majority claims, DOJ repeatedly informed the Court about Steele’s background, credibility, and potential bias." 

* The FBI conducted a "rigorous process" to vet Steele’s allegations, and the Page FISA application explained the FBI’s reasonable basis for finding Steele credible. 

* Steele's prior reporting was used in "criminal proceedings." Each of these claims were found by Horowitz to be false.

IG Report Redacts Dates of Carter Page FISA Applications - That's An Important Detail, HERE'S WHY

Amid the predictive discussions by those who have followed the three-year background of the potential DOJ and FBI FISA issues, there was one very specific aspect CTH was looking for: Would the IG report redact the dates of the Carter Page FISA application and renewals? 

We got that answer today, and that answer, unfortunately, is yes:

Ask yourself what is the national security value in hiding those dates? Why does the DOJ need to hide them? Unfortunately the answer highlights an institutional decision. On its face the dates seem like an overly granular question; perhaps even a small detail that few would notice. 

However, for CTH readers that little detail exposes so much. In 2018 Main Justice made a very specific decision, a very specific lie, that once told would forever set them on a path – from which there is no return. It was during a time between July and December 2018 that CTH realized the DOJ had handcuffed themselves to a cover story; and that cover story foretold future conduct.

US Attorney Durham objects to IG findings on Russia probe origins in stunning statement

The U.S. attorney who is conducting a wide-ranging investigation of the origins of the Trump-Russia probe released a rare statement Monday saying he disagrees with conclusions of the so-called FISA report — after DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz found in that review that the probe’s launch largely complied with DOJ and FBI policies.
“Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened,” U.S. Attorney John Durham said in a statement. . . .
“I have the utmost respect for the mission of the Office of Inspector General and the comprehensive work that went into the report prepared by Mr. Horowitz and his staff,” Durham said. “However, our investigation is not limited to developing information from within component parts of the Justice Department. Our investigation has included developing information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S.”
As Horowitz has conducted his review of DOJ actions during the Russia probe, Durham, the U.S. attorney for Connecticut, has also been conducting a wider inquiry into alleged misconduct and alleged improper government surveillance on the Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election.
Fox News reported in October that Durham’s ongoing probe has transitioned into a full-fledged criminal investigation.
Meanwhile, Attorney General William Barr ripped the FBI’s “intrusive” investigation after the release of Horowitz’s review, saying it was launched based on the “thinnest of suspicions.”
“The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken,” Barr said in a statement.
Barr expressed frustration that the FBI continued investigating the Trump campaign, even as “exculpatory” information came to the light.

The House Judiciary Committee are set to charge President Trump with treason. Yes, gentle reader, you read that right: T-R-E-A-S-O-N. These people are truly sick. They are doing more than just playing games; they are playing with fire, here. 

If I had the ability to hold back and not slam my fist into Jerrold Nadler's gaping maw, I would certainly displace the perpetual slab of pastrami with a microphone and try to get him on record to answer the question "do you realize treason is a capital crime?" 

Okay, I get it. You turds are doing anything and everything you can to sabotage the President while covering up for your own crimes of sabotaging 2016 and then Trump's nascent presidency, which for the record, come within a red nether-hair's breadth of actual dictionary definition treason. 

Meanwhile, we still have hearings set for today, which you gave the Republicans on the committee essentially zero time to prepare for, dumping thousands of pages of evidence at the last minute. Not that that would matter since the committees are a farce of both fairness and legal precedent. 

The Democrats have ensnared themselves in their own trap. For over three years, everything they have done to rig the election and then sabotage this president have failed, and spectacularly so. And since impeachment was promised even before Trump took the oath of office, impeachment is what they are going to have to deliver. But invoking treason is truly crossing a line.

"Treason": House Judiciary Committee Report Implicates Trump in Ultimate Crime

The House Judiciary Committee report released Saturday on the legal and constitutional framework for impeaching President Donald Trump includes a discussion of the most serious crime listed in the Constitution: treason. 

Citing the constitutional provision that impeachment applies to “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors,” the report hints throughout that President Trump might have committed treason against the United States. 

The Constitution specifically defines treason in Article III, Section 3: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.” 

The House Judiciary Committee report, however, expands that definition to include what it calls “betrayal,” and declares: “Although the Framers did not intend impeachment for good faith disagreements on matters of diplomacy, they were explicit that betrayal of the Nation through schemes with foreign powers justified that remedy.” 

The phrase “schemes with foreign powers” is sufficiently vague to include the “quid pro quo” plan that Democrats allege the president attempted to make with Ukraine, trading U.S. aid for investigation into a political opponent.

 Treason, huh?

Well, now that you mention it.

The Democrats really may have stepped into their own trap.

Earlier today, an indictment was unsealed against the CEO of an online payment processing company, and seven others, charging them with conspiring to make and conceal conduit and excessive campaign contributions, and related offenses, during the U.S. presidential election in 2016 and thereafter. Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and Assistant Director in Charge Timothy R. Slater of the FBI’s Washington Field Office made the announcement.   

A federal grand jury in the District of Columbia indicted Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja, 48, of Los Angeles, California, on Nov. 7, 2019, along with George Nader, Roy Boulos, Rudy Dekermenjian, Mohammad “Moe” Diab, Rani El-Saadi, Stevan Hill and Thayne Whipple. 

The 53 count indictment charges Khawaja with two counts of conspiracy, three counts of making conduit contributions, three counts of causing excessive contributions, 13 counts of making false statements, 13 counts of causing false records to be filed, and one count of obstruction of a federal grand jury investigation. 

Nader is charged with conspiring with Khawaja to make conduit campaign contributions, and related offenses. 

Boulos, Dekermenjian, Diab, El-Saadi, Hill, and Whipple are charged with conspiring with Khawaja and each other to make conduit campaign contributions and conceal excessive contributions, and related offenses. 

According to the indictment, from March 2016 through January 2017, Khawaja conspired with Nader to conceal the source of more than $3.5 million in campaign contributions, directed to political committees associated with a candidate for President of the United States in the 2016 election. 

By design, these contributions appeared to be in the names of Khawaja, his wife, and his company. In reality, they allegedly were funded by Nader. Khawaja and Nader allegedly made these contributions in an effort to gain influence with high-level political figures, including the candidate. 

As Khawaja and Nader arranged these payments, Nader allegedly reported to an official from a foreign government about his efforts to gain influence. 

The indictment also alleges that, from March 2016 through 2018, Khawaja conspired with Boulos, Dekermenjian, Diab, El-Saadi, Hill, and Whipple to conceal Khawaja’s excessive contributions, which totaled more than $1.8 million, to various political committees. Among other things, these contributions allegedly allowed Khawaja to host a private fundraiser for a presidential candidate in 2016 and a private fundraising dinner for an elected official in 2018. 

The indictment further alleges that, from June 2019 through July 2019, Khawaja obstructed a grand jury investigation of this matter in the District of Columbia. Knowing that a witness had been called to testify before the grand jury, Khawaja allegedly provided that witness with false information about Nader and his connection to Khawaja’s company. Boulos, Diab, Hill, and Whipple also are charged with obstructing the grand jury’s investigation by lying to the FBI. Currently, Nader is in federal custody on other charges.

Nader was one of Mueller’s top witnesses and he is a top Democrat donor and convicted child molester.

A man who tweeted that he would pay $500 to anyone who would kill a federal immigration officer was acquitted by a jury on Friday in a case that questioned whether social media threats were protected by free speech. 

Brandon Ziobrowski, 35, of New York City was cleared by a federal jury of using interstate and foreign commerce to transmit a threat after a week of testimony at the US District Court in Boston. If convicted, Ziobrowski faced up to five years in jail and a potential 250,000 fine. 

Ziobrowski said he was relieved the ordeal was over after the verdict was presented in court. ‘It seemed like the right verdict. It’s been a horrible year. I’m glad its over,’ he said as he walked out of court with his family and lawyer.

Donald Trump Was Elected To Break The Elite, OF COURSE They Want To Impeach Him

(CNN)When the global elite are aligned against him and laughing like the immature cool kids you hated in middle school, President Donald Trump is winning. When the liberal law professors are neglecting their Thanksgiving turkeys to read congressional transcripts and snarking about Trump's 13-year old son, Trump is winning. 

When the politicians are mad — so mad that they have shut down all policymaking to impeach the President of the United States on what constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley called "wafer thin" evidence —Trump is winning. 

You have to remember: Donald Trump wasn't elected to fit in with these people — the political, intellectual class -- to make them happy, or to become one of them. He was elected to break them. And that's apparently what he's done. 

After Wednesday's House Judiciary Committee hearing featuring three liberal law professors and Thursday's announcement by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi that her conference is moving forward with impeachment, the die is cast -- Donald Trump will be the third president in American history to be impeached by the House of Representatives.  

And honestly, that's just fine with Trump's supporters. What better evidence is there that you've shaken Washington to its core when the minders of a system you've come to despise are leveling the gravest punishment the system permits against the very President who is doing the shaking up? 

We can lawyer this to death, but for many Americans this comes down to a simple observation -- Trump said he was going to rattle their cages, and by golly they seem rattled. 

Trump's supporters have known since election night that this day would eventually come. After all, his sworn enemies have been openly promising it since before he was sworn into office! They've used words like "resistance," "coup," "insurance policy," and "impeachment" so often that, now that they are actually doing it, the American people — and Republicans especially — are offering a collective yawn.

A teacher at a school in Texas said parents shouldn’t have the “final say” in raising their own kids after some of them complained about a drag queen visiting the school to give a talk to the children. 

Willis High School was paid a visit by an adult drag performer by the stage name “Lynn Adonis” who spent the day with children and exchanged social media contacts with some of them. 

School Principal Stephanie Hodgins defended the decision to invite Adonis after parents complained, but English teacher Anthony Lane went further, suggesting that parents should submit to the will of the “community” when it comes to raising their own kids. 

“I believe that raising a child is the responsibility of the community and that parents should not have the final say,” said Lane in response to the controversy. “Let’s be honest, some of you don’t know what is best for your kids.”

Yesterday's release of the House Intel Committee's report was not exactly surprising in its conclusions, which were pre-determined a little over three years ago. What did come as a shock was the revelation in the report that Schiff-for-Brains was spying on Devin Nunes, Rudy Giuliani and others by obtaining their phone records. 

How he was able to get them is a mystery, at least insofar as who obliged him, not that he was able to obtain them which appears to be what is known in the trade as a federal crime. 

There's also the news that Schiff-for-Brains hired a former colleague of alleged whistleblower Eric Ciaramella on July 26th, the day after President Trump spoke to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. What a co-inky-dink. 

But wait! There's more! The other little tidbit of an oopsie, which in the real world should be ringing major alarm bells about the incident itself, let alone what it indicates as to who the real criminals and colluders are is that The husband of Democrat Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, who sits on the House Judiciary Committee, reportedly took $700,000 from firms connected to a Ukrainian oligarch who has allegedly been "accused of ordering contract killings." From what we can glean, the money was not a bribe in the Hunter Biden sense (it was a salary earned, I guess, over a period of 10 years).

As for Horowitz, Barr and Durham, we covered that territory yesterday but still, it is worth considering a couple of things. FIRST, while the major players and plotters in the greatest political crime bar none in American history may very well never see the inside of a court room, let alone a prison cell, their crimes will be revealed no matter how the Democrat-Media Complex attempts to spin them. And believe me, Trump is not going to let them establish the narrative. 

SECOND, none of the things we have long suspected about our government and how it operates behind our backs (and sometimes in our face) and against the founding principles, laws and customs they all swear to uphold would ever have come to light had Trump not been elected. 

I would say that that seminal moment in our history came about as a result of and ultimate reaction to what we have endured since at least the time of George H.W. Bush, certainly since Obama, for sure. I think that that in and of itself is a blessing. As a former Ted Cruz guy, when I cast my vote for Trump my only goal was to prevent Hillary Clinton from becoming president. 

Everything after that was going to be gravy, no matter what I imagined the Donald Trump I had known up until that time would do. Look at what he has done, or more accurately what we have given him the opportunity to do. And that is what this impeachment is really all about. For daring to be deprogrammed from the illusion and bullshit the Globalists have foisted on us since the end of World War 2, they want revenge. 

Trump is merely the figurehead; we are the ones they want to impeach.

It is the exact meaning of the verse (Koran 5:33), Our Allamah (Muslim religious scholars and authorities) are good interpreters of the Koran…if they’ve (the protesters) been dealt with in such ways, they wouldn’t dare to protest again…And they should be punished and executed publicly and where the crime was actually committed…their hands a feet should be cut off on oppsote sides in the worst way possible…

“Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land.
