Unfortunately, a few days ago a strange video of unknown provenance popped up on the internet with a wild misinterpretation of comments I made on the air in March. The topic of the particular segment — the video was selectively cut to include only my comments out of context — was the Russia election hack/information operation and a NYT story that described Obama administration members trying to get intelligence information on the Russian hack to Congress. 

I explained, in my role as an analyst, that I knew there were concerns in Washington about what the Russians did and whether the American public would find out what happened. I stated that I was worried that Congress wasn’t being briefed — according to normal procedures, which I know well from my 8 years as a Professional Staff Member with the Senate Armed Services Committee. I shared my concerns with both sides of the aisle about the need to get all the information the Obama administration had with regard to the Russian hacking of our elections and any potential complicity by Americans. 

I was out of government, I didn’t have any classified information, or any knowledge of “tapping” or leaking or the NYT article before it came out. But I knew well from my time in government how the Russians operated and I could sense from media reports that the administration was concerned. I wanted to make sure that the standard procedure of White House briefing the Congress was taking place so that Congress knew everything the White House knew about what the Russians had done. 

At the end of the interview I did start a new thought “that’s why they leaked,” but got cut off. If I’d had time I would have explained that leaking is illegal and I would never condone it, but it seems that the people who were leaking to the New York Times might have also been concerned that the legislative branch was being left in the dark.

Nunes Must Ask FBI's Comey About Montgomery Mass Surveillance Case

The old expression about Washington, D.C., is that if you want a friend, get a dog! In the case of President Donald Trump, this is a lesson he has undoubtedly learned in his thus far short tenure as the commander in chief. 

Nowhere is this seen more than over the current controversy concerning the president’s claims that he was wiretapped, that is, illegally spied upon, by his predecessor’s administration, former President Barack Obama. 

As I have written in this Newsmax blog and elsewhere particularly of late, my client, former NSA and CIA contractor Dennis Montgomery, holds the keys to disproving the false claims of those representatives and senators on the House and Senate intelligence committees, reportedly as well as FBI Director James Comey, that there is no evidence that the president and his men were wiretapped. 

Montgomery left the NSA and CIA with 47 hard drives and over 600 million pages of information, much of which is classified, and sought to come forward legally as a whistleblower to appropriate government entities, including congressional intelligence committees, to expose that the spy agencies were engaged for years in systematic illegal surveillance on prominent Americans, including the chief justice of the Supreme Court, other justices, 156 judges, prominent businessmen such as Donald Trump, and even yours truly. 

Working side by side with Obama's former Director of National Intelligence (DIA), James Clapper, and Obama's former Director of the CIA, John Brennan, Montgomery witnessed “up close and personal” this “Orwellian Big Brother” intrusion on privacy, likely for potential coercion, blackmail or other nefarious purposes. 

But when Montgomery came forward as a whistleblower to congressional intelligence committees and various other congressmen and senators, including Senator Charles Grassley, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, who, like Comey, once had a reputation for integrity, he was “blown off;” no one wanted to even hear what he had to say. 

The reason, I suspect, is that Montgomery’s allegations were either too hot to handle, or the congressional intelligence and judiciary committees already knew that this unconstitutional surveillance was being undertaken. 

Moreover, given the power of the NSA, CIA, and DNI, for congressional committee heads to take action to legitimately and seriously investigate and if necessary recommend prosecution of officials like Clapper and Brennan could, given the way Washington works, result in the spy agencies disclosing and leaking (as occurred recently with General Michael Flynn), the details of their mass surveillance, ruining the careers if not personal lives of any politician who would take them on. 

After Montgomery was turned away as a whistleblower, he came to me at Freedom Watch. With the aid of the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, who I had come to respect and trust over the years of my public interest advocacy, we brought Montgomery forward to FBI Director James Comey, through his General Counsel James Baker. 

Under grants of immunity, which I obtained through Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, Montgomery produced the hard drives and later was interviewed under oath in a secure room at the FBI Field Office in the District of Columbia. There he laid out how persons like then-businessman Donald Trump were illegally spied upon by Clapper, Brennan, and the spy agencies of the Obama administration.

5. It took a while to coordinate Nunes seeing the intelligence reports in order to protect his source. They chose the White House because it was the only other location they could view the reporting without outing the source. 

6. None of this has anything to do with Russia.

The executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations warns against a “normalization of hate” in a speech at Wake Forest University. 

Nihad Awad warned during a talk at Wake Forest University on March 23 that if left unchecked, false propaganda denigrating Muslims and other religious and racial minorities could lead to barbarity similar to the Holocaust in Nazi Germany, which resulted in the deaths of 6 million Jews, not to mention homosexuals, people with disabilities, Slavs, Roma and communists during World War II. 

Awad is the executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a national organization dedicated to promoting understanding about Islam, defending civil rights and building coalitions with diverse groups. 

“The past two years, ladies and gentleman, so many minorities have been attacked,” Awad said. 

“Latinos. Mexicans. Women have been denigrated. African Americans. People with disabilities. You name the minority, and they have been attacked in the past two years. It is very unfortunate that it became so convenient for people to spread fear and fearmongering for political reasons, and unfortunately it works. Sometimes selling fear is effective. Fear is abhorred, is rejected by people with common sense. For people who don’t know, it is a very selling product. In fact, it is a very profitable business to sell hate.   

“We have seen it unfortunately in the past 100 years,” Awad continued. “We’ve seen it in Germany — what hate and hatemongering start and what they lead to. The Holocaust in Europe did not start with acts of violence. The Holocaust started with false propaganda against Jews in Europe.”

Earlier this month, that work took her to George Washington University in the nation’s capital. There she was part of a project drawing attention to one feature of white privilege or another. This time, lead paint in old houses occupied predominantly by black people. 

Just a few days after she was photographed with Nancy Pelosi grinning in approval, friends found Mehiel tied up, stabbed, tortured, and ultimately dead at the hands of El Hadji Alpha Madiou Toure, a black man arrested driving her car and using her debit card. 

He said he didn’t do it.

Even the newest practitioner of Critical Race Theory learns that the expectation of safety is a white thing: 

Black people don’t have it. So why should white people think they deserve it? That is what activists by the score told Tracey Halvorsen, in response to her article titled “Baltimore, You Are Breaking My Heart,” detailing the day to day black on white harassment, threats, violence and murder in her gentrified Baltimore neighborhood. 

None of that mattered to Mehiel or the reporters who praised her racial activism even as they ignored the bitter irony of her death. Mehiel was white and down with the cause, so Mehiel thought the cause was down with her. So did her friends. 

A fatal mistake.

A scramble at Cisco exposes uncomfortable truths about U.S. cyber defense 

When WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange disclosed earlier this month that his anti-secrecy group had obtained CIA tools for hacking into technology products made by U.S. companies, security engineers at Cisco Systems (CSCO.O) swung into action. 

The Wikileaks documents described how the Central Intelligence Agency had learned more than a year ago how to exploit flaws in Cisco's widely used Internet switches, which direct electronic traffic, to enable eavesdropping. 

Senior Cisco managers immediately reassigned staff from other projects to figure out how the CIA hacking tricks worked, so they could help customers patch their systems and prevent criminal hackers or spies from using the same methods, three employees told Reuters on condition of anonymity. 

The Cisco engineers worked around the clock for days to analyze the means of attack, create fixes, and craft a stopgap warning about a security risk affecting more than 300 different products, said the employees, who had direct knowledge of the effort. 

That a major U.S. company had to rely on WikiLeaks to learn about security problems well-known to U.S. intelligence agencies underscores concerns expressed by dozens of current and former U.S. intelligence and security officials about the government's approach to cybersecurity. 

That policy overwhelmingly emphasizes offensive cyber-security capabilities over defensive measures, these people told Reuters, even as an increasing number of U.S. organizations have been hit by hacks attributed to foreign governments.

A rare document further confirming the close ties between Nazi Germany and the Arab population in the land of Israel, then British-Mandate Palestine, has been exposed by the National Library of Israel (NLI).

On Wednesday, the NLI published a telegram from leading Nazi commander Heinrich Himmler to Jerusalem’s Mufti Haj Amin al-Husseini, sending “best wishes in your continued battle” against the “Jewish invaders” until “the great victory.”

In the telegram, written in 1943, Himmler underscores how Nazism is warring against “global Judaism” and, therefore, closely monitoring the battle of “the freedom-seeking Arabs,” especially in Palestine, “against the Jewish invaders.”

“The mutual recognition of the enemy and the shared conflict against it is what creates the strong foundation between Germany and the freedom-seeking Muslims around the world,” he stated.

So here's another form of proof attesting to the close ties between Germany and the ummah. Something the Islamofascists no doubt don't even want anybody to know.

Interestingly enough, the Jerusalem Post's coverage is awkward and adheres to modern mentality of calling al-Husseini's gang "palestinian people" despite how in those days, the Arabs in Israel weren't called that; it was only in the 60s that began happening. It's a disgrace they're doing that, because it has the risk of validating the invalid. Other than that, it's good this information's coming out, as it demonstrates the connections from one fascist ideology to another.

A Swedish singing duo– Claes Mård and Nayana Gulstad–filmed a battle between drug gangs [of unknown origin] on March 3, 2017, in the Swedish town of Hallsberg. The gangs were throwing rocks, brandishing weapons, and attacking police cars. Mård’s 17 year old son was barricaded inside his high school at the time, along with other students,  and the two musicians were circling in a car to see if they could evacuate him. They live-streamed the film on Facebook to warn others who may be in the area. Because they said a few mildly negative words about the criminals, their lives have been turned upside down.

They were called up, and told they could expect to be fired from their job, singing favorite tunes at retirement homes in central Sweden. Their instruments and PA were seized, and they were told to write a letter of denial/denunciation, apologizing for shooting this film, and using the negative words.

After a Muslim woman was successful in passing an "Islamophobia motion" in the Canadian parliament, a Muslim woman in Australia is pushing for a more severe law.

An Australian MP has called for tougher speech laws so that it is illegal to offend Muslims because of their religion.

So, does this mean that Muslims in Australia will be punished for their genocidal rhetoric against Jews and Christians? Of course not. The authorities will simply ignore them.

As Heat Street has previously reported, the Australian government is mounting a push to rewrite the legislation so that words must “harass or intimidate” before they become a matter for the courts.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said the legislation in question – Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act – has “lost its credibility” and needs to change.

However, Aly proposes doing the opposite – keeping the lower standard for the law, and adding “religion” to the current list of “race, colour or national or ethnic origin”.

The real purpose here is to go after right wing Nazis white infidels who wish to protect and preserve their civilization. Australia, and the rest of the Western world, needs to stop and then reverse Muslim invasion immigration. Otherwise, there won't be much left of the West a few years down the road.

You know, considering that stupid healthcare bill Trump endorsed last week, considering the fact that Pro-Choice activists in California were just charged with 15 felonies for doing undercover journalism and videotaping Planned Parenthood talking about selling baby's bodies, considering that THE REPUBLICANS in Congress were behind this privacy atrocity, I am beginning to wonder again if we have no recourse left other than to take up arms against our oppressors.

Throwing off the bonds of tyranny through the vote doesn't seem to have worked too well, does it?

New DOD Report: Junior Female Officers Believe Gender Integration Is About Advancing A ‘Social Agenda’

The Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services, a body advocating for women’s interests in the military, released a report Friday showing that female junior officers in a focus group unanimously believe gender integration is about forwarding a “social agenda.” 

DACOWITS elected to discuss 14 relevant topics in 2016, and one of those topics included the tendentious policy decision to integrate women into combat roles. To that effect, it conducted focus groups to learn more about what female officers think about the matter. 

What DACOWITS found is that in one pertinent focus group, all 12 junior female officers believed gender integration is about forwarding a “social agenda,” as opposed to promoting combat readiness. 

Combat readiness is a belief held by many opponents of the policy move, such as Elaine Donnelly, president of the Center for Military Readiness. Donnelly believes the move to open all combat roles to women should be rolled back post-haste. 

“These women did not view gender integration as a requirement to ensure the broadest possible pool of talent is available for national security,” the report noted. 

This finding presents a challenge to DACOWITS’s mission of combating negative perceptions of women on the battlefield by using “strategic communication” to “counter potential and known bias.” 

As such, DACOWITS suggested the DOD switch away from the term “gender integration” to a more neutral language like “talent leverage,” in the hopes of removing any implications of social engineering, and to encourage people to think that the switch will actually increase combat readiness. 

The same goes for the term “gender-neutral” standard, which DACOWITS thinks should simply be replaced with “standard.” It thinks the former term draws unnecessary attention to the perception that standards have been lowered to accommodate women. 

Former Secretary of Defense Ash Carter opened all combat roles to women in December 2015, leading to an explosion of heated disagreement and emotion in Congress, the public sphere and in the armed forces. 

The greatest opposition to this move came from the Marine Corps, which has not been lost on DACOWITS. The report recommended that Secretary of Defense James Mattis, who himself was opposed in the past to women serving in combat, mandate that the Marine Corps provide detailed information on its progress towards integration.

As his presidency drew to a close, Barack Obama’s top aides routinely reviewed intelligence reports gleaned from the National Security Agency’s incidental intercepts of Americans abroad, taking advantage of rules their boss relaxed starting in 2011 to help the government better fight terrorism, espionage by foreign enemies and hacking threats, Circa has learned. 

Dozens of times in 2016, those intelligence reports identified Americans who were directly intercepted talking to foreign sources or were the subject of conversations between two or more monitored foreign figures. Sometimes the Americans’ names were officially unmasked; other times they were so specifically described in the reports that their identities were readily discernible. 

Among those cleared to request and consume unmasked NSA-based intelligence reports about U.S. citizens were Obama’s national security adviser Susan Rice, his CIA Director John Brennan and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Some intercepted communications from November to January involved Trump transition figures or foreign figures' perceptions of the incoming president and his administration. 

Intercepts involving congressional figures also have been unmasked occasionally for some time. The NSA is expected to turn over logs as early as this week to congressional committees detailing who consumed reports with unmasked Americans' identities from their intercepts since the summer of 2016. 

This information is likely to become a primary focus of the Russia counterintelligence probe of the House and Senate Intelligence Committees. Circa confirmed the unmasking procedures through interviews with intelligence professionals and by reviewing previously classified documents it obtained that described the loosening of privacy requirements. 

To intelligence professionals, the public revelations affirm an undeniable reality. Over the last decade, the assumption of civil liberty and privacy protections for Americans incidentally intercepted by the NSA overseas has been eroded in the name of national security. 

Today, the power to unmask an American’s name inside an NSA intercept -- once considered a rare event in the intelligence and civil liberty communities -- now resides with about 20 different officials inside the NSA alone. 

The FBI also has the ability to unmask Americans’ names to other intelligence professionals and policymakers. And the justification for requesting such unmasking can be as simple as claiming “the identity of the United States person is necessary to understand foreign intelligence information or assess its importance,” according to a once-classified document that the Obama administration submitted in October 2011 for approval by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. It laid out specifically how and when the NSA could unmask an American’s identity.

Police are investigating after the blue movie soundtrack was heard from municipal loudspeakers in the city of Kastamonu in northern Turkey which were believed to have been hijacked. 

A shocked witness, who could not believe what he was hearing, recorded it with his smartphone and posted the recording on social media. 

The clip, recorded from a speaker in the Kuzeykent suburb of the city, which includes the university and main bus station, quickly went viral. 

The mayor of the city, Tahsin Babas, said it was caused by somebody mischievously hacking into the frequency used by the speakers. Mayor Babas said: 

“This immoral and provocative broadcast was nothing to do with our institution. “We will take legal action as soon as we can against whoever was responsible for this immoral act. 

“We can only apologise to our dear citizens for any offence caused by this incident.”

Evelyn Farkas also served as an advisor to Hillary Clinton during the 2016 Presidential campaign and was up for a position in the Clinton administration if Hillary became President.

You see how that works? She works for the Obama Administration, which spies on Trump, and she works for Hillary, which puts her in the position to pass that information onto Trump's opponent in the Presidential election.

-Obama administration people were spying on Trump people. 

-that the Obama people were consciously trying to hide that fact so “Trump people wouldn’t know about our sources and methods.” This shows again that they were consciously targeting the Trump people. 

-that she was urging the Obama people to get information to people on “The Hill” which raises the question, who were these Democrats? Is this more leaking of classified info? That also means people on the Hill may have been aware of the spying. 

-that she was urging the Obama admin to preserve the information (which is improper, as US Citizens aren’t supposed to being surveilled without a warrant). 

Since she had already left the administration, she didn’t have the right to see any of that information, much less leak it to the NY Times or any other media. If someone fed it to her, they too would be doing that against the law. 

So here’s the problem. Had the Obama administration actually found any evidence of collusion during incidental collection, the proper process would have been to refer it to the FBI, to allow the FBI to get a warrant and conduct an investigation. But in testimony before Congress, 

James Comey denied that any FISA warrants had been obtained as to Trump Tower. In any event, leaking it to Congress members and the media is illegal and improper. 

Farkas needs to be grilled by Gowdy, let’s finally get to what they were doing.

Middle Eastern & Muslim Humanities(WTF?) Professor Areej Zufari’s past includes allegations of radicalizing her lover’s two sons, fundraising for a man connected to the WTC bombing in 1993, and defending “Death To All Jews” statements. 

On Saturday, the Central Florida Post reported on the suspension of Rollins College student Marshall Polston, who clashed with Professor Zufari over radical hate speech uttered by another student during class. 

Polston says that (he) was responding to a question posed about how Sharia Law should be interpreted. 

“He said it should be followed to the letter. Whatever punishment was just for anything from homosexuality to stealing, it was to be followed and interpreted as such. It was very concerning to hear,” reiterated Polston. 

Weeks before this incident, Zufari had given Polston a failing grade without explanation, after the two disagreed over Zufari proclaiming during the first class that the Crucifixion of Christ was a hoax… as was the idea that Jesus’s disciples did not think he was “divine.” 

Polston reached out and demanded an explanation from the professor, but she instead reported him to the Dean of Safety for making her feel “unsafe.” 

The straight-A student would ultimately be suspended on March 24th and then face outlandish allegations by Zufari, later that day. 

She accused him of skulking around in the brush outside the classroom, but video surveillance from a Dr. Phillips restaurant and neighborhood gate cameras prove Polston was nowhere near the school at the time. 

Now the Central Florida Post has uncovered a lawsuit filed in Orange County, FL in 2007 that contains bombshell allegations against Zufari and provide insight into her radical Wahhabi leanings.

Rollins College has both a legal and a public image problem. The student requires vigorous advocacy against a professor engaged in jihad of the tongue. 

Perhaps you are paying for jihad indoctrination on your child’s college campus? If your progeny expresses a concern, listen to them carefully. And then take it a step further. 

If able to do so, attend class with them. You are paying for education and not indoctrination. This goes for other ideologies too beyond that of the Islamic jurisprudence. 

Islam is a code of conduct and law. Within the code are religious duties. But do not confuse the order of operations regarding Islam. 

Islam is law: Submission to the law of a foreign god named Allah. 

He is foreign to the JudeoChristian tradition. The law dictates family court applications, economic allowances, Hadd penalties (the rights of Allah over man), government structure and Hizbah (maintenance of public order). 

The law also dictates Ibaadah – the manner of proper worship, and conversely, what qualifies for idol worship. 

Religion is also a law. 

Religion is not a freedom. It is bound by law. 

Democracy binds religion to human spirit. Therein, lies the difference. 

Islam is a law with applications in opposition to principles of Democracy. Until we are willing to express the same and express it clearly the ship of state will continue to flounder upon the rocks of Islam. Islam shipwrecks Democracy. 

Practice saying it with me. “I do not hate Muslims. But Islam is not a religion. It is a code of law. This code of law is not compatible with the core principles of Democracy which are human liberty and free moral agency. Therefore, I resist the seduction of Islam.”

He was subsequently called to the dean’s office to discuss his actions, which Polston said the dean claimed were making campus “unsafe.” 

“They made it clear that they had not gotten a report about what the student said, and were more concerned about the danger I was causing to the campus. What danger? A difference of opinion in a college classroom is nothing out of the ordinary and certainly not dangerous,” Polston told the Post. “The bad grade was upsetting, but they were literally refusing to acknowledge the dangers posed by someone who advocated chopping off body parts on campus.” 

In a letter obtained by the Post, Rollins College wrote to Polston on March 24 informing him that he was suspended from school. The college alleged that Polston is a “threat of disruption” and is “jeopardizing the safety and well-being” of the college, other students and himself.

Who is Ayaz, though? He is a religious scholar and ex-Muslim. He pursued religious training after standard, mainstream education. He was admitted to an Islamic studies school. He began to doubt the authenticity of the claims of his faith at the time.

I suspect that not being an easy thing to undergo or endure, especially being part of an orthodox religious family. Even with the doubts, he accomplished accreditation in the Islamic studies. He was not only a religious scholar in general, but an Islamic scholar in particular.

Ayaz Nizami studied Islam in great detail for many years and realized that it's a giant pile of horse shit. Now, he's in a Pakistani jail and Muslims are tweeting about him:

An Open Letter To Comey From The Teen Who Allegedly Got Sexts From Weiner

On Wednesday, BuzzFeed News published an interview with the teenage girl who allegedly got indecent messages from Anthony Weiner. 

Her story has received renewed attention since FBI Director James Comey announced on Friday that an investigation was continuing into Hillary Clinton’s private email server, following the discovery of new emails. 

As the New York Times first reported, the emails were discovered on the private computer of Weiner, 52, and his wife, Huma Abedin, a top Clinton aide, by investigators probing messages the disgraced former congressman allegedly sent to the underage 15-year-old girl, now 16. 

The teen told BuzzFeed News she was upset with Comey for giving no warning her case was set to be thrust into the national spotlight and tainted with electoral politics. The FBI declined to comment on the case. 

BuzzFeed News independently confirmed the teen’s identity, in part, via an email provided by Weiner, by traveling to her hometown, and by speaking with her and her father.

The teen wrote this open letter, printed in full below, to James Comey and provided it to BuzzFeed News.

Mr. James Comey FBI Director November 2, 2016 

I am the 15-year-old (now 16) who was the victim of Anthony Weiner. I now add you to the list of people who have victimized me. I told my story originally to protect other young girls that might be a victim of online predators. 

Your letter to Congress has now brought this whole matter back into the media spotlight. Not even 10 minutes after being forensically interviewed with the FBI for seven hours, I received a phone call from a REPORTER asking for a statement. Why didn’t you communicate with the local FBI agents that I had just spoken to? They could have scheduled our interview sooner or scheduled a time to interview me later, or change locations of the interview. 

My neighborhood has been canvassed by reporters asking for details about me. In your letter, you chose to use a vague approach, meaning the media had to keep searching to try and find out what evidence you had uncovered and how. Every media outlet from local to national has contacted me and my family to get my “story.” Why couldn’t your letter have waited until after the election, so I would not have to be the center of attention the last week of the election cycle? 

In his “cooperation” with you and with his love of the spotlight, Anthony Weiner has given information that led to the media finding me. You have assisted him in further victimizing me on every news outlet. I can only assume that you saw an opportunity for political propaganda. 

I thought your job as FBI Director was to protect me. I thought if I cooperated with your investigation, my identity as a minor would be kept secret. That is no longer the case. 

My family and I are barraged by reporters’ phone calls and emails. I have been even been blamed in a newspaper for causing Donald Trump to now be leading in some polls and costing Hillary the election. 

Anthony Weiner is the abuser. Your letter helped that abuse to continue. How can I rebuild my life when you have made finding out my “story” the goal of every reporter? 

When I meet with my therapist next time, she will already know what we are going to talk about before I get there by reading Friday, October 28th, 2016’s New York Times article. 

I may have been Weiner’s victim, but the real story here is that I am a survivor. I am strong, intelligent, and certain that I will come out from under this nightmare, but it will not be as a result of your doing your job to protect me. 

I hope that by making my letter to you public, you will think about how your actions affect the victims of the crimes you are investigating. The election is important, yes, but what happened to me and how it makes me feel and how others see me, is much more important. 

It’s time that the FBI Director puts his victims’ rights above political views.
