Las Vegas Cybertruck Bomber Reached Out to Ex Girlfriend Before Vegas Bombing – He Seemed “Playful”
Does this sound like a man ready to shoot himself in the head and blow himself up?
Green Beret Master Sergeant Matthew Livelsberger, who reportedly drove a rented Tesla Cybertruck up in front of the Las Vegas Trump International before first killing himself and then detonating a bed full of explosives, had an interesting exchange with an ex-girlfriend prior to the Vegas bombing.
In the text message exchange, initially reported by The Gazette, the Green Beret Master Sergeant texted his ex-girlfriend about the thrill of renting the Cybertruck.
According to screenshots, Livelsberger wrote, “I rented a Tesla cybertruck[.] It’s the shit[.]”
In the next text message, a moment later, he told his ex, “I’m building drones in my new position[.] you would love it” at 9:06am.
There is no date visible in the text, but the ex-girlfriend, Alicia Arritt, said the exchange took place on Sunday from Denver, according to text screenshots. She described his attitude as “playful” in nature.
He then sent two photos of the Cybertruck from a parking lot before saying, “I feel like Batman or halo,” likely referring to the popular X-Box video Halo and the warthog vehicle that the main character, Spartan 117, is often driving around in.
Arritt responded with a series of emojis and “I don’t know if it’s cool or I should bully you about it” and asked “how fast is it[?]”
“Ungodly,” responded Livelsberger.

A 42-year-old former Army IT specialist named Shamsud-Din Jabbar committed an act of terrorism by killing 15 in his truck in New Orleans early on New Year’s Day, says the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). And there appears to be abundant evidence, including testimony from his close relatives and videos he posted to Facebook, that radical Islamic ideology motivated Jabbar.
Jabbar’s motivations may come as a surprise to millions of Americans. After all, for the last four years, the FBI, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), President Joe Biden, and other United States agencies that constitute the Intelligence Community (IC) have emphasized that the greatest threat of terrorism comes from white supremacists, not radicalized Islamists. The “top threat we face from DVEs [Domestic Violent Extremist] continues to be those we identify as Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists (‘RMVEs’), specifically those who advocate for the superiority of the white race,” FBI Director Christopher Wray told Senate Judiciary Committee on March 2, 2021. “According to the intelligence community,” said Biden in 2021, “terrorism from white supremacy is the most lethal threat to the homeland today. Not ISIS, not al Qaeda — white supremacists.” As a result, Wray said in 2021 that " racially motivated violent extremism is the biggest chunk of our domestic terrorism portfolio, if you will, overall. I will also say that the same group of people we're talking about have been responsible for the most lethal attacks over the last decade." Those arguments have continued over the last four years. In August 2024, the New Yorker reported “around 2018 the F.B.I. began seeing an increase in racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists—in particular, ‘individuals espousing the superiority of the white race.’” The evidence never supported any of those claims.

It's almost as if the two events were organized as two parts of a whole.
I’m continuing to follow events and right now the only thing I’m prepared to say is that too many things are not adding up. Nothing about Las Vegas makes any sense (a SF NCO who can’t make an IED?), and there are gaps in too many things there, New Orleans, and elsewhere.
Parts of this are reminding me uncomfortably of The Attack and if you have not read it I do recommend it. Parts are reminding me of the old Keystone Cops movies. Parts, well, parts of it are making my hackles rise with hints of what is out there.
Interesting that a well-funded and organized demonstration just happened to take place in NYC the day after the attack, just like they did after Oct. 7. No, I don’t believe in coincidences but I do believe in enemy action.
Buckle up as there is turbulence ahead. My advice is to take care of last minute prep and be prepared. Hunker down, avoid crowds and other clear targets. Lot of stuff going on that isn’t yet tripping the coverage but that could change. Be prepared. Keep your loved ones close and your things where you can find them in the dark.

The family of Matthew Livelsberger are starting to speak out about the Tesla explosion at Trump Tower on Sunday.
And the official story is starting to not make sense.
As reported earlier at The Gateway Pundit, the perpetrator behind the shocking Cybertruck bombing at Trump Tower Las Vegas has been identified as 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Senior law enforcement sources confirmed to KOAA news outlet that Livelsberger was the driver of the Cybertruck used in the attack.
The original reports went like this: Authorities believe the blast was triggered by a detonation system “controlled by Livelsberger,” who “died in the attack.”
So hours after the Las Vegas explosion – the same FBI (the same FBI that lied about the NOLA New Year’s Eve terrorist, Shamsud Din Jabbar – immediately confirmed that Livelsberger “died in the bomb blast” at the Trump Tower.
How did they know he was not dead already?
Later today we found out that Livelsberger “shot himself” before his rental Cybertruck exploded.
Authorities later released video of Livelsberger leaving Trump Tower parking lot, making a stop around the Sands Hotel, then drive back to Trump Tower and blow up his vehicle.
MSNBC: Through extensive surveillance video, we were able to track him leaving there, and we know that he went to several different places along Las Vegas Boulevard, and he spent some time in a parking lot of a business near Flamingo in Las Vegas Boulevard. We didn't have a video of the truck pulling back on to Las Vegas Boulevard from the Sands. See that there? That's north on the Boulevard from Sands at 839, where he then immediately heads to the Trump Hotel, pulls into the valet area, and as, of course, you all know, the explosion occurs within 17 seconds of his arrival at the valet. The perpetrator behind the shocking Cybertruck bombing at Trump Tower Las Vegas has been identified as 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The suspect served in the elite Green Berets, the U.S. Army’s Special Forces unit, renowned for its expertise in unconventional warfare. More alarmingly, the profile indicates Livelsberger was still actively employed by the U.S. Army as a Remote and Autonomous Systems Manager, a role he reportedly held for three months leading up to the attack.

A reported terror attack hit New Orleans this morning with at least 10 people dead and at least 30 injured.
Fox News reported a driver intentionally plowed a car into a crowd of New Year’s gatherers on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, according to authorities.
The driver exited the vehicle and fired a weapon after hitting the crowd. Two police officers were reportedly injured in the gunfight.
There was a significant police presence and emergency vehicles at the scene. The 30 people have been transported to five hospitals.
The suspect died during the gunfight with police. It is unclear at this point if it was suicide by cop or he took his own life.
New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell called the incident a “terrorist attack” at a news conference. FBI Special Agent Aletha Duncan disputed her at the press conference and said this was not confirmed.

There are two pieces of very good news that have come out of the infighting over H-1B visas for foreign skilled workers in Trump World this week. The first happy accident is that tensions are already easing, much to the chagrin of liberals who hoped they were witnessing a permanent schism.
The second, even better development, is that both sides of the admittedly zesty debate have listened, compromised, and arrived at a better and clearer set of positions for the Republican Party moving forward.
In the red corner, we had the twin heads of the Department of Government Efficiency, Vivek Ramaswamy and Elon Musk who appeared at first to call for expansion of the H-1B visa program that allows employers to use foreign labor when they cannot find qualified Americans.
In the other red corner, we had Steve Bannon and a host of prominent America Firsters all but calling for an end of the skilled foreign worker program, a policy that would no doubt cause considerable chaos and disruption.
On Saturday, President-elect Trump weighed in, sort of, telling the New York Post that he likes the visa program and uses it himself, but not endorsing any expansion. And this is of course the same Trump who fired board members of the Tennessee Valley Authority for using foreign workers over Americans.
By Sunday morning, as parents quietly sipped coffee and spied the news on their phones, the kids getting a little more sleep before church, things had calmed down considerably in this impromptu intramural immigration debate.

Meanwhile, Musk arguably moved even further to the center of the issue, posting late Saturday night that the excesses of the H-1B visa program are "easily fixed by raising the minimum salary significantly and adding a yearly cost for maintaining the H-1B, making it materially more expensive to hire from overseas than domestically."
Or as Musk ally and head of Trump's office of Artificial Intelligence David Sacks put it, 'Elon has said that H1B should be overhauled, that it should focus on exceptional talent in high-value areas, and that the scams and low-pay jobs should end. This is not to say there aren't still differences but less than it first appeared. Time to move forward as one team.'
