All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
The West cannot be expected to outbreed an ideology. The very idea is absurd. (And how would we accomplish it? Change the law to provide every man with 5 wives?) The belief system of the invaders must change. If its adherents refuse to do so voluntarily they must be provided with incentives: get with the program or GO HOME.
If the situation becomes one of open warfare, as it seems poised to do in Europe within the next decade, and that's optimistic, the only alternatives may be mass deportation, internment, or at least 24/7 surveillance and quarantine of the Muslim neighborhoods (the cost of which in manpower and resources might well be prohibitive). None of that is likely to happen in response to anything short of civil war and/or such extreme and widespread outbreaks of street violence that amount to the same thing.

Well that's a hell of thing over coffee...perhaps a slight review of western cultural values relating to admittance of refugees is in order.
What's the point of admittance of refugees if they duplicate the horrific cultural and societal depredations of the very places they sought to escape?
