Barack Obama goes to a church which is headed by the Reverand Eugene Wright. Reverend Wright is a committed African Nationalist who is friends with Louis Farrakhan and Moamar Ghaddafi.
And this man is Obama's "mentor", according to Obama himself.
Now, word comes that Obama's mentor asks God to damn America. And, we're considering electing this man President?!!?!???
From ABC News:
Sen. Barack Obama's pastor says blacks should not sing "God Bless America" but "God damn America."
The Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama's pastor for the last 20 years at the Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago's south side, has a long history of what even Obama's campaign aides concede is "inflammatory rhetoric," including the assertion that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own "terrorism."
In a campaign appearance earlier this month, Sen. Obama said, "I don't think my church is actually particularly controversial." He said Rev. Wright "is like an old uncle who says things I don't always agree with," telling a Jewish group that everyone has someone like that in their family.
Rev. Wright married Obama and his wife Michelle, baptized their two daughters and is credited by Obama for the title of his book, "The Audacity of Hope."
An ABC News review of dozens of Rev. Wright's sermons, offered for sale by the church, found repeated denunciations of the U.S. based on what he described as his reading of the Gospels and the treatment of black Americans.
"The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, God damn America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people," he said in a 2003 sermon. "God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme."
In addition to damning America, he told his congregation on the Sunday after Sept. 11, 2001 that the United States had brought on al Qaeda's attacks because of its own terrorism.
"We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye," Rev. Wright said in a sermon on Sept. 16, 2001.
"We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards. America's chickens are coming home to roost," he told his congregation.
For anyone who isn't familiar with the history, those are the words of Malcolm X he is speaking.
What country would the Reverand Wright prefer to live in? In what country have black people done better than in America?
While it is true that America does sometimes deserve to be condemned for its mistakes, the Sunday following 9/11 was not a day to condemn America.
Would you choose the Sunday after your friend got his face beaten in to condemn him for his sins?
But anyway, it looks like the chickens are coming home to roost on Obama's head. This article is written by ABC News. The mainstream media is finally starting to tell the truth about Barack Obama. And, he seems to be a man to whom the truth is not kind.
Oh, by the way, here's the video to go along with this ABC News story:

About time. The MSM probably figured they couldn't ignore it any longer. This needs to be repeatedly shown along with demands for Obama to unconditionally repudiate this rabble rousing thug. Of course he can't really do that, because Wright speaks for him and for WAB Michelle just as he does for the rest of that yelping mob he calls a congregation. If Obamasama is allowed to get away with the "crazy uncle" brush-off then we are in even more trouble than I think. Michael Graham's radio show covered this all afternoon in the Greater Boston area and there were plenty of belligerent Obama acolytes calling in to either support Wright, try to make excuses for Obama, or try to construct equivalency with Romney being a Mormon. We can only hope that a large segment of the voting public is looking at this vids on ABC and quietly muttering "WTF..."
he sounds like a mullah exorting orcs on a friday!
We want some meatses. How 'bout they legs. They don't need those.
I'm glad this is all out, but let's see if this gets further than ABC's release and O'Reilly.
This guy is WHACKED. He is Chomsky. If this was my rabbi, we'd have a very serious discussion and if such sermons continued I would be gone, or raising hell IN THE CONGREGATION, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SERVICE, just to make the point.
So why isn't Obama gone? Why does some of what this pastor say parallel some of Obama's policy advisor appointments?
If this goes no further than what we have seen, it will turn out to be the mark of just how determined the MSM is to alter the course of american history. Ironically, it's someone who is apparently not friendly to the jews, OR Israel, so I guess 'controlling the media' is not too helpful. Sorry Walt and Mearsheimer.
It may come as a surprise for Walt and Mearsheimer to learn that THEY control the media.
Today I noticed an increase in the number of customers buying Obama's books, "Dreams of My Father" in particular. Of course I'm not allowed to ask why (that might be construed by management as "political") but I suspect some of the increased interest comes from the exposure of Wright's verbal excesses. Will what they read open their eyes or sooth them back into Obamalalaland?
This should be a task for which common sense would be more than adequate. How does anyone rationalize support of a candidate who regularly attends the equivalent of a Hitler Nuremburg Rally rant without confessing to some level of agreement? The hardcore leftards are a lost cause. They lap this stuff up; if anything, it just makes them love their new messiah all the more. But keep this raving racist nut in the spotlight clear up to November and there will be millions of voters who step into the booth, see that image in their mind's eye, and just cannot bring themselves to pull the lever for Obama. At least that is what I'm counting on.
Obama says he doesn't agree with Wright on these anti-American statements, but they aren't enough to make him leave the church.
What would it take? How much worse can you get than asking the Creator of the Universe to damn America?
And, here's something to ponder. I am more idealistic in my faith than I am in my practical everyday life. I would guess most Americans are.
If the United Church of Christ represents Obama's idealism, then what is his pragmatic self like?
I just a statement come out of a Democratic strategist's mouth, that makes not sense to me.
Just because Obama attends that church, doesn't mean he has the same beliefs.
We have all seen his church's mission statement. These hardcore beliefs are more than just a blurb, they are the core beliefs of this church.
If it were true that Obama doesn't believe in this church's core, then why has he attended for so many years?
Stop lying Obama.
