LittleBigPlanet, one of this year's most-anticipated PlayStation 3 releases, won't be arriving in stores next week as expected.
The "social platforming" game is already gathering rave reviews, but it hasn't proven popular with one Muslim group, which issued a complaint to the game's publisher Sony concerning one background music track. Performed by award-winning Malian musician Toumani Diabate, the song quotes two verses from the Qur'an. Many Muslims consider the mixing of music and scripture to be deeply offensive.
Although the game is already pressed, packaged, and reportedly sitting in the back rooms of many worldwide retailers awaiting its original Oct. 21 debut, gamers eager to get hold of it will have to wait at least another week while the offending content is expunged. Updated versions of the game are expected to be shipped to stores during the week of October 27.
Now, is that fucking stupid, or what? How many millions of dollars is that going to cost Sony? And why exactly is Sony worried about a bunch of lunatic Muslims?
Muslims still live in a pre-Medieval world where religious authories are able to tell governments and business what to do.
And, when I say Muslims live in a pre-Medieval world, I don't just mean Muslims who live in Muslim countries. I mean Muslims living all over the world live in that pre-Medieval world.
But Pastorius, you say. We have moved past the pre-Medieval world, haven't we? So, how can it be that Muslims still live there?
Because their brains, poisoned by the Krayon, and the nutbag religious authorities who have a solid lock on its interpretation, still live in the pre-Medieval world. Their brains are still stuck in the 7th century.
And major corporations like Sony, and governments like the U.S. and the UK are caving into these cavemen?
Yes, it's true. We are. Sick. Do we want to live in the 7th century? No?
Then, we'd better put a stop to this.

It was interesting. It's interesting how many people, from all walks of life, are informed about the problem, though many of them come at it from the direction that Christianity is just as dangerous.
