"Obama Nation" Author Corsi Detained in Kenya

FOX News is reporting that Jerome Corsi, author of "The Obama Nation" has been detained by authorities there over claims he made in that book about Raila Odinga.

An American author who penned an anti-Barack Obama book has been detained by immigration authorities in Kenya after plans to launch the book there, the Times of London reported.
Jerome Corsi, of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth fame, was being held Tuesday morning while his immigration status is checked in a nation where Obama is widely popular.

He had been planning to launch his book, entitled "The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality," before traveling to one of Nairobi’s slums to donate money to the Senator’s half-brother George, who was found living in squalid conditions two months ago.
But officers swooped hours after Corsi was described as "author of a smear crusade" by local newspapers.

Immigration officials claim he had been detained because he did not have a work permit, however one of Corsi's assistants said he was "just answering some questions.”
"We have been given water and are very comfortable," the assistant said.

Journalists were turned away from the hotel suite where the launch was due to be held. "He shouldn’t have had anything in the paper this morning," said one. "That was his mistake. He should have kept it secret."

Corsi was planning to disclose disturbing links between the Obama campaign and high-level Kenyan officials according to FOX's source, the Times of London.

Wait, so you're telling me, he played with a snake and the snake bit him?

Wow.

Jerome Corsi is a brave man. I'm glad he wrote that book. However, Kenya is Kenya, and America is America.

That being said, I have a hard time believing Obama doesn't know what's going on here, and he could put a stop to it with a word.

Will he interfere?

This could be a precursor of what is likely to become of America.

Will America become Kenya?

My guess would be that right about now Obama and his posse are trying to decide whether it's better to magnanimously request that the Kenyan government release Mr. Corsi and immediately send him home "for his own safety" or magnanimously request that Mr. Corsi be allowed to go about his business and risk Corsi's getting whacked by one of those violent Islamic Odinga supporters the Times claims don't exist.

Corsi apparently claims to have uncovered some plot between Obama and the Kenyan government, to be put into play once Obama is elected. I'm not sure how reliable Corsi is, but it wouldn't surprise me if he's right. And yes, we will see more of that sort of thuggery here under an Obama administration, though it may be not be quite so blatant. At least not early on.

Corsi is not exactly my favorite Obama critic,

BUT

once again, Obamanoids demonstrate that they believe thru and thru something that NO CONSERVATIVE ever believed .. that criticism of them, and Obama in particular, since THEY REPRESENT JUSTICE AND RIGHTNESS, must ipso factor be so wrong and the OPPOSITE of JUSTICE AND RIGHTNESS, that any and all means are justified

Will america notice or care?
Will this be anywhere but on Fox?
