What Will It Take To Make Us See?

Our enemy is so patently evil.

It's as if Muslims came out of central casting for a bad Hollywood movie.

Cigar-smoking agent says, "Ok, what kind of enemy you want? Whatever kind you want? I got 'em. You want scary, you want ugly, you want Satan himself? I got 'em."

Director:

"I want an enemy who shrouds himself in all black, even covering the face.

"I want an enemy who carries around the entrail of dead humans, who revels in cutting the skin of his children with machetes, letting the blood flow everywhere.

"I want an enemy who is deeply racist, killing blacks, because they are black, in African countries, where they act as imperialist masters.

"I want an enemy whose god cries out for endless blood and sacrifice.

"And most of all, I want an enemy so thoroughly evil that he silences music, and forbids art, and covers over the bodies of women, and all that is beautiful."

Imagine, the cigar-smoking agent delivered up the perfect people to play the part, and we all just sat back and slapped our knees, and laughed, and said, "That's no enemy. Can't you give us something just a bit frightening, for God's sake?"

What will it take for us to see?

Um, our enemy IS Satan himself. Satan walking like a man.

But good point.

Great cartoon and words as well, I just don't understand the liberal love for the enemy of civilization before us.

It is the duty of all to address the threat to civilization, yet as usual they leave the heavy lifting to others, and I guess it's easier to ignore what frightens them, hard and dirty work it'll take to eliminate this threat.

Think of Sympathy for the Devil. It's another verse, maybe the final, being written.

My wife says she think the reason people ignore the evil in front of them is it's too painful to think about.

That might be one explanation, but I think they are simply too frightened to ponder the reality. They are looking in the face of evil. They don't want to believe in evil.

People like that are frightening. They would even ignore the evil in the one post I just put up linking Atlas.

Dark times and voices screaming at us from the ghosts of those long past. We are blindly heading right into it again.

RANT WARNING...

They are afraid to recognize the evil because they would have to do something. For a start, they would have to worry about it. Learn the truth about it. Try to convince others. All the stuff we've had so much fun doing for years.

Most of them are busy worrying about the real financial crisis and/or indulging in fantasy worrying about "Global Warming". They can tell themselves that this is only about a few "extremists" fighting over land and getting a bit carried away with their protest slogans.

What happened in Mumbai? Can't happen here. Mumbai is in India. It must be a backward town with cows in the streets. People do things like that there. Nothing like that has happened here in more than 7 years and that was a fluke. Or a conspiracy. Anyway, those people are always threatening to destroy us but they never really do anything, right?

Thousands of Americans have died in Iraq and Afghanistan. But that's not the fault of Muslims. Bush did that. Bush has murdered more people than all the jihadists combined! (That one from an idiot relative of mine.)

Things will be fine once Obama takes office. (Same source, backed up by 52% of the idiot voting public.)

If the Israel thing could just be settled one way or another, it would all go away. Maybe it would be better if Israel went away.

People will call them "racist" if they speak out against Islam. But they can rail at the "Zionists" all they want. That's not being anti-Semitic, right? That's not the same as what Hitler meant, is it? Besides, Nazis wore those swastika things and held those great big rallies. You don't see that happening here, do you?

The Israelis are doing Bad Things to the Palis same as we did to the Indians. That's what people have been taught in school. That means they should side with the Palis. (So should we give the USA back to the Indians? Don't be silly.)

It's too horrible to think about torture (unless it's loud waterboarding music at Gitmo) and FGM and "honor" killings and little kids with bombs strapped on them and beheadings and crucifixions and stonings. We can't do anything about it anyway. And it's not happening to our kids...

The "Palestinians" are not lobbing rockets into our back yards. So there is no penalty for most people to side with them. It is a passive response. If most of their friends, colleagues and relatives are Leftards it will be positively reinforced.

The excuses and rationalizations are endless.

What will it take? The evil will have to touch them personally, directly, violently, inescapable in its form and intent, leaving them with no choice but to recognize it and fight back, or bow down in submission, or die. Can we really believe that just watching it happen to someone else will be enough this time?

ALL CLEAR...

ROP is ROW

Their numbers seem to grow and grow
Yet what they reap
They will sow

We cannot feel sorry for people who support evil, but we must pray for them. They support evil because they are stone on the inside and believe that they can do as they please in life, rather than follow the basic rules that God sent down for us to follow. He gave us all the gift of free will, and many use it to lead as rotten a life as they possibly can. They feel no guilt or remorse for their sins, and to support someone who is inherently evil goes with their grain.
The end times will bring about the battle versus good and evil, and we have been seeing this battle for some time. It is our job (as those who believe in God and his laws) to keep speaking and praying. We must be steadfast in our battle soas to save our own souls....but never quit trying to help those who need salvation.
