All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
Scaggs first recorded this in the late 60's or very early 70's, with Duane Allman on guitar. It's a helluva jam.
A few years ago he also released an "unplugged" version of Lowdown which is terrific. I haven't been able to find it embeddable anywhere, though. So I have a regular live version up in a couple days.

I'm a big Boz Scaggs fan.
This song sounds like Shine on You You Crazy Diamond.
Same chord changes?
I'm not familiar with that one.
