Et Tu, Google Chrome?

Lately I have been have a massive amount of trouble getting to and from conservative blogs. The blogs in particular are most of my favorites;

IBA
Astute Bloggers
Gateway Pundit
Atlas Shrugs (truth is, Pamela's blog has always run slow, so this is nothing new)
Jawa Report

There are several others, but those are the biggies.

Many times, my computer freezes up and gives an "Unresponsive Script" warning. This is the Unresponsive Script:

chrome://global/content/bindings/tabbox.xml:69

Actually there are one or two others that come up. But they are also listed as "chrome".

I never signed up for Google Chrome and I do not want it.

So, what the hell is this problem, and how do I fix it?

Is this problem unique to my computer, or is Google Chrome actually making an attempt to sabotage conservative blogs?

I use Chrome as my default browser and seldom have a problem

I believe that.

My paranoid mind tells me, however, that if I do NOT use Google Chrome, well, then Google Chrome has ways of making me bend to their will.

Do you think I'm right?

Hi Pasto.
You're not the only one having this problem apparently firefox users are having the same thing.

Yes you might be right i have the impression that Google chrome is 'using persuative techniques' to switch to google Chrome.
This said you're not obliged to use it as your default.

Another thing you can do is suscribe to your favorite sites their feed, gives no probs , no popups and way faster to read.

I made the switch to Chrome browser from Firefox and found many internet surfing issues went away. Chrome is faster, more stable, and more configurable than the others. That being said, please consider moving away from Google control of your site by moving away from Blogger, they have proven that they can not be trusted with hosting conservative content. I enjoy your site and cringe at the thought of Google making it all disappear with one click. Self-hosting is the only way to maintain control of your content, my two-cents. Thanks.

I use Firefox.

Warren might know the answer to your question, Pastorius. Last word that I had, Jackie is still in intensive care, but Warren went back to work as he's running out of annual leave.

Thank you, AreKay.

Everybody,
I DO use Firefox.

But, somehow Google Chrome is interfering with my internet experience anyway.

I never asked for any Google Chrome download.

Google must have downloaded this shit on my computer themselves.

That's why I see a conspiracy here. I think Google is attempting to screw with my blogging experience.

I don't want to use Google Chrome. I want to use Firefox.

But it is almost worthless at this point.

It typically takes me about 15-20 minutes to put up a cut and paste post at this point. It should only take about two minutes.

TRY THIS ONE

Pale Moon is a devel of the people who put Firefox together in the beginning and their goal was to make this small and light

You will have no learning curve

Chrome is the name of Firefox's user interface (and always has been.) Your error message has nothing to do with Google Chrome.

Thanks. Didn't know that, obviously.

But it doesn't matter anymore, cuz I bought a Mac.
