US AIRWAYS FLIGHT MAKES EMERGENCY LANDING

Plane forced into emergency landing after strange smell makes passengers feel nauseous and vomit
A plane was forced to make an emergency landing when around 12 passengers began feeling nauseous because of a strange smell. Several vomited as the US Airways flight - which was heading from North Carolina to Rome - diverted to Philadelphia, where five people were taken to hospital. The pilot changed course after four crew members as well as the passengers reported feeling ill from the foul odour, according to airport spokeswoman Victoria Lupica.

A Delta flight from New York to Madrid was in the air an hour and had to turn back to JFK to make an emergency landing. A sick passenger and possible explosives?
