Following are excerpts from a public address delivered by Tunisian Salafi cleric Kamal Zarrouk: 

Kamal Zarrouk: The Prophet said: “The appearance of the Mahdi will be preceded by the Qahtani.” Do you know who the Qahtani is? The Qahtani is the noble sheik Osama Bin Laden, who invested all his money and his efforts for the sake of Islam. He had to live as a fugitive in the mountains, because he said “No” to injustice and heresy. He said to them: “Mountains shall separate us.” He said: “Night is banished only by day, and disgrace is banished only by weapons.” Osama said “No” to them. It is Osama who precedes the Mahdi, whose appearance will be in our age. 

Scientific research shows that within three or four decades, the sun might cease to exist, and all energy will have been exhausted. Then, wars will be waged with swords. Allah is paving the way for the triumph of Islam. A study showed that in 2025, France will become Islamic, and that in 2017, Germany will become Islamic. 50% of the soldiers in the Russian army are Muslims, and they are not willing to fight other Muslims. 50% of the babies born in Belgium are Muslims.
