As I went to seek more potential video on the "communication boot camp" mentioned by Whittle in his speech, the first hit was from Huff Post which suggests Whittle is hitting a nerve as evidenced by one of his audience's less enthusiastic 'Michael Moore-like" audience members who remained sitting 28:11 in video.
