Hundreds of court cases in the US have used Sharia Law in their judgements. This election day, voters in Alabama will have the chance to approve a constitutional amendment that protects the freedoms of the people of Alabama and even foreigners residing there by prohibiting the application of foreign law in Alabama courts.
