INCURSION: Times Square evacuated after a suspicious truck was left running and unattended with wires extending from the dashboard and gas canisters behind the seats

Ryan Frasier, pictured above, was let go with a ticket.

The New York Daily News has more:
The truck driver who prompted police to evacuate Times Square after counter-terrorism police officers deemed the vehicle suspicious was hit with 10 summonses and released from custody, police said on Sunday.
Ryan Frasier, 28, was taken into custody for questioning after NYPD officers from the Critical Response Command spotted his Chevy 3500 moving truck unoccupied and running with two gas cans and loose electrical wires inside the cabin near Seventh Ave. and W. 46th St. Saturday night.

The summonses were mostly for Department of Transportation violations, like failing to register the truck. He is due back in court on June 3.
Yes, I'm sure he'll show up.
