Perhaps Fields reluctance to respond to Mark Dice was because she was also familiar with his work and did not want to appear on one of his videos being punked.
Dice is a smooth operator and having familiarity with his video interviews should I find myself in her situation with the opening exchange being a compliment as he did with Fields - such a situation would also give me pause to respond.

Was contact between Lewandowski and Fields made? Yes. However, the same uninvited type of contact was made against Trump by Fields. If it's battery for Lewandowski, then it's battery for Fields.

Interesting times we live in where a campaign manager pulls away an aggressive journalist who is touching a presidential candidate when she's not supposed to and has breached the Secret Service perimeter around said presidential candidate and that gets compared to RAPE. AYFKM?!!!!
I've watched the various videos multiple times frame by frame. I concur with anon that if this is battery against Fields, its battery against Trump. But let's not forget that this was a private event (as are all Trump events and press conferences) and SHE TOUCHED TRUMP when she was not supposed to. You can see Trump pulling away from this idiot.
THREE people, two secret service agents and Lewandowski were constantly trying to pull her away. Corey did his job (WTF is wrong with secret service assigned to Trump BTW?).
She got off easy in my opinion. Secret Service SHOULD have thrown her to the ground.
