I think what he means is he believes some of the changes he has already put in place

H1B Visas/Student Visas

The movement of minorities to suburbs and their placement in colleges along with immigrants

Importing Muslims

will bring profound changes to America in coming decades.

You live in Maine. I live in Southern California. I already see profound change.
