Can anyone explain to me why the government has to even give the citizens permission to be able to access the judicial branch? I am unable to understand this in light of the constitution.
Totally legit question by the way, I don't understand this.
Nico, if I recall correctly, this has to do with diplomatic immunity and its concomitant privileges. Hopefully, the govt will release the report soon to help the families' attorneys prosecute the cases.
