How could he survive?
For anyone who thinks there may be some terror ties to the Hoboken train wreck today, Gov. Cuomo seems to also be questioning this which is a big turn around from his initial reaction to the Chelsea bombings. Taken with the odd FEMA hacking/warning, there really may be something to these claims.
