To recycle a VERY old comeback -- we're talking Barry Goldwater campaign here -- "In your guts you know he's nuts" would seem the appropriate way to up the ante for the next poster for Sleepy Joe. (Call it "Barry's Revenge".)
I am not very familiar with the history of Barry Goldwater. I am going to have to read up on him.
