President Joe Biden on Thursday is announcing sweeping new federal vaccine requirements affecting as many as 100 million Americans in an all-out effort to increase COVID-19 vaccinations and curb the surging delta variant that is killing thousands each week and jeopardizing the nation�s economic recovery.
The expansive rules mandate that all employers with more than 100 workers require them to be vaccinated or test for the virus weekly, affecting about 80 million Americans. And the roughly 17 million workers at health facilities that receive federal Medicare or Medicaid also will have to be fully vaccinated.
From the website of the illegally occupied White House, it specifies that it will change the rules of OSHA to mandate this.
No need to ask Congress to empower OSHA to do this or write the new law itself. No, Biden will just direct the Deep State bureaucrats at OSHA to write a new law.
Oh I'm sorry -- a new "rule." It's not a law requiring the constitutional process of Congress passing it because the bureaucrats say it's not.
Biden is also signing an executive order to require vaccination for employees of the executive branch and contractors who do business with the federal government -- with no option to test out.
That covers several million more workers.

After months of using promotions to drive the vaccination rate, Biden is taking a much firmer hand, as his aides blame people who have not yet received shots for the sharp rise in cases that is killing more than 1,000 people per day and imperiling a fragile economic rebound.

The U.S. Postal Service, which has more close contact interaction with the public than any other agency Federal or otherwise, is EXEMPT from ANY vaccine mandates.
That's one helluva union they got there.
The order is completely illegal / unconstitutional.
.gov is attempting to foment a violent response so they can call another "insurrection". Precisely timed to coincide with Patriots assembling to mourn the anniversary of 9/11. Disgusting.
My advice, just refuse to go along. Don't quit, make them fire you. Don't demonstrate, just make a personal boycott of any place that requires you show papers, whether you are vaxxed or not.
There will be an avalanche of law suits. Let the courts figure it out. If they can't muster the backbone to beat this off then the courts are worthless and we go from there.
Looks like the last chance for the rule of law to prevail in this once great nation. Said with heavy heart but hopeful the Trump judicial bench is strong enough to overcome this.

Biden's administration is intent on torching the Constitution and enslaving the American citizens. Now - the specter of inability to fly or use Amtrak without a vaccine.
