The criminal prosecution of every populist challenger is a dagger in the heart of the credibility of democracy. https://t.co/YVKtAXODoq
All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

You Can't Just BAN Your Enemies, That's Not How Democracy Works
Elon Musk Announces He’s Receiving 17,000 to 18,000 Death Threats Daily from the Far-Left
Elon Musk: It’s a super big deal. The fact that I’m here in person, I’m not phoning it in. I’m here in person. (applause)
There were quite a few death threats, I have to tell you. I was like, my security team said, “Well, it’s actually gone down from yesterday to today. It went down from 18,000 to 17,000.” So I’m like, Well, maybe it’s getting better. But you can see how crazy some of these people are.
Look at the two people that tried to assassinate President Trump. They both almost succeeded. So it’s real. It’s not like some imaginary thing. Anyway.
Donald Trump says he is ‘very angry’ with Vladimir Putin over Ukraine
Donald Trump has said he is “pissed off” with Vladimir Putin over his approach to a ceasefire in Ukraine and threatened to levy tariffs on Moscow’s oil exports if the Russian leader does not agree to a truce within a month.
The US president indicated he would levy a 25% or 50% tariff that would affect countries buying Russian oil in a telephone interview with NBC News, during which he also threatened to bomb Iran and did not rule out using force in Greenland.
“If Russia and I are unable to make a deal on stopping the bloodshed in Ukraine, and if I think it was Russia’s fault, which it might not be, but if I think it was Russia’s fault, I am going to put secondary tariffs on oil, on all oil coming out of Russia,” Trump said.
“That would be that if you buy oil from Russia, you can’t do business in the United States. There will be a 25% tariff on all … on all oil, a 25 to 50-point tariff on all oil.”
The abrupt change of direction came after Putin had tried to attack the legitimacy of Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Friday, Trump said. Appearing on Russian television, Putin had suggested Ukraine could be placed under a temporary UN-led government to organise fresh elections before negotiating a peace deal.
Trump has previously called the Ukrainian president a dictator, but on Sunday he said: “I was very angry, pissed off” when Putin “started getting into Zelenskyy’s credibility, because that’s not going in the right location, you understand?”
He said “new leadership means you’re not gonna have a deal for a long time, right” and that he wanted to exert pressure on the Kremlin, which has thrown up a string of questions about a peace settlement and only agreed to limited maritime and energy ceasefires so far.

UK Police Arrest Parents, Jail Them For Criticizing School Policies.
Parents in Hertfordshire have been arrested and locked in a cell for criticising the policies of their daughter’s school in emails and a What’s App group.

When Maxie Allen complained to his daughter’s primary school about the recruitment process for a new head teacher, he hoped it would result in more openness and transparency.
Instead six uniformed officers from Hertfordshire police were sent to arrest Allen and his partner after the school objected to them sending numerous emails and to their criticisms including “disparaging” comments on a parents’ WhatsApp group.
Allen and Rosalind Levine were detained in front of their young daughter before being fingerprinted, searched and left in a police cell for eight hours. They were questioned on suspicion of harassment, malicious communications and causing a nuisance on school property. After a five-week investigation, police concluded there should be no further action.
The couple had previously been banned from entering Cowley Hill Primary School, in Borehamwood, after questioning the appointment process for a head and “casting aspersions” on the chair of governors on WhatsApp.
They say they were blocked from attending the parents’ evening for their daughter Sascha, nine, and were not allowed to be in the audience for her Christmas performance. Crucially, even though Sascha suffers from epilepsy and is neurodivergent and registered disabled, the couple were unable to meet teachers to inform them how to administer medication and ask questions about her learning progress.

President Trump Calls on Congress to Defund “Horrible” NPR and PBS: “Rid Our Country of This Giant SCAM, Both Being Arms of the Radical Left Democrat Party”
Judge Who Granted P Diddy Win in His Case Rules Against Kari Lake Saving Taxpayers Money
A federal Judge in New York has halted the White House and US Agency for Global Media (USAGM) advisor Kari Lake’s efforts to deliver government efficiency to the leftwing agency that oversees the government’s international broadcaster, Voice of America.
Obama appointee James Paul Oetken was the first openly gay man to be confirmed as a federal judge in 2011.
Earlier this week, he dismissed racketeering allegations in a $30 million sexual assault lawsuit against rapper P. Diddy involving allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking.
On Friday, he granted a temporary restraining order, enjoining them from implementing the President’s March 14 executive order, titled “Continuing the Reduction of the Federal Bureaucracy.”
This comes after a lawsuit by from six leftist VOA reporters backed by Reporters Without Borders and several labor unions, who alleged First Amendment violations over attempts to dismantle the broadcasting agency by firing current staff members.
Does it make any sense that a single district court judge, one out of 677 across the nation, can dictate the President’s policy or the executive branch’s HR department based on his own radical views?
Will the judge go through the job applications and interview the candidates? Will he also do the firing and disciplinary actions?
Kari Lake responded to the order, telling The Gateway Pundit, “As we try to effectuate President Trump’s executive order involving our agency, the US Agency for Global Media, Judges in the DC District Court and the District Court of NY are saying they get to run the Executive Branch.”
“This is the true ‘threat to Democracy’ we have been hearing so much about,” she added.

Jeff Goldberg: An American Spy
An important observation from The Last English Prince:
Jonathan Pollard did it for money. We do not know the motivations of Jeff Goldberg.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jonathan_Pollard
“Hello, can I join the conversation, or is it private?” This is what normal individuals do when mingling at a party or within a venue involving strangers within the same space. I have done it many times.
Jeff Goldberg was admitted into a highly private conversation by an individual who remains unknown. He was absolutely quiet – not a squeak – as he gleaned salient features of a conversation. And when aware that he had struck gold, he played the journalist card.
As a journalist, some of my best stories can never be told to the public. They involve state secrets revealed by powerful men with whom I developed strong friendships over years of cultivation. Secret-keeping is important in journalism too. And while assuring confidentiality; assuring that there was not a one party recording of the conversation by “moi”; there was also an innate understanding that if I felt something shared could effect American security or lives, all bets were off. All knew that my military rank outweighed any greed for making a name for myself. My name is really “America”. It is written on my heart.
“I am not recording this. But please be aware that if what you tell me involves a threat to my nation, it will be moved into chain of command.”
In several states, it is not illegal to record a conversation without the knowledge of others involved in the conversation:
https://statutes.capitol.texas.gov/Docs/PE/htm/PE.16.htm#16.02
I do not know exactly in what U.S. state Goldberg was seated when he kept an archive of Signal chat messages between some of the most powerful men in America. But I do know he did not walk up to the group and say, “Hey! Can I join you?” The other parties were not aware that he was seated within “hearing distance” of their conversation. He was not at the policy table. But he was crouched under the table.
This is spying. It is not journalism.
Journalists cultivate sources. My best stories have been acquired when seated next to or across from an individual at an event. I am physically present for the news.
A most important story, was given to me during a meal at a Persian restaurant. My host laughed, when he told me how DHS had been compromised, but Israel (being wiser regarding certain issues) would not allow the individual to step foot on their soil. I still remember the laugh.
This is how real reports work… generally, they are not in real time because of the need to sit back and consider the applications and implications… and real reports must sometime keep the circle very, very tight. My signature statement, and one I would choose to share with novice journalists is, “The best stories can never be told.” This is the burden of accountability and ethics. These stories remind the journalist that the efforts have made the journey more enjoyable. But (the worst word in the English language) hidden treasure must remain hidden treasure if it involves national security.
Goldberg believes he struck gold. This journalist is a cold and looming glacial iceberg against his underhanded manner of harvesting information. I will call it what it is – it is spying.

“I’m just not going to comment on my relationship with Mike Waltz,” Jeffrey Goldberg told CBS News in an interview Wednesday.
When asked about the photos of him standing near Mike Waltz at an event in 2021, Goldberg said, “If your eyeballs see us together, then I guess your eyeballs are seeing us together.”

The Vigilant Fox @VigilantFox
Why are there so many pharma ads on TV?
HINT: It's not to sell drugs.
A TV news president admitted to RFK Jr. that any host allowing him to speak negatively about Big Pharma on air would be FIRED because "this is where our advertisers are."
Jaws dropped when former pharma insider @CalleyMeans
told Tucker Carlson on his show, "The news ad spending from pharma is a public relations lobbying tactic, essentially to BUY OFF the news... The media plays referee because they're funded by so on all levels."There are only two countries that allow pharma ads on TV: one is the United States, and the other is New Zealand. And those pharma ads make up a BIG chunk of money.
RFK Jr. was told by a network executive that "during non-election years, during some months, up to 70% of his news division revenues are coming from pharma."
During the 1950s and 1960s, when evidence about the dangers of smoking began to emerge, news organizations hesitated to expose Big Tobacco because they depended on the industry for its ad revenue.
Now, the same conflict exists today with the pharmaceutical industry and TV news. This is why the mainstream media is in full-blown PANIC over RFK Jr.'s HHS appointment. They know that once he gets in, he is going to END pharma ads on TV. And that's going to be a devastating blow to their wallets.
Liz Wheeler @Liz_Wheeler
If reports are true--and I pray they are--that RFK Jr. is gonna ban Big Pharma ads on TV, a massive society earthquake is about to happen on two fronts.
#1: The corporate media will fail. You will watch before your very eyes as highly paid MSM anchors are fired, networks panic & some shut down, and paychecks aren't paid. The entire business of MSM is a fake business. It's artificially propped up by massive ad dollars from Pharma ads. Not because of the return on investment that Pharma sees peddling their drugs on TV, but rather because of WHY Pharma buys so many TV ads in the first place, which is to prevent reporting on Pharma corruption.
#2: Accordingly, when the gravy chain of Pharma ad dollars to TV networks stops, we will suddenly see reporting on the corruption of Big Pharma, drugs, vaccines, medical associations like AAP & AMA, and govt regulation agencies like CDC & FDA--reporting that was previously prohibited because the ad money Pharma paid networks was really just a pay off for silence. Pharma knew they didn't sell drugs off those commercials, it was a money laundering scheme to keep reporters silent about the abuses coming out of Pharma. Even Roger Ailes once admitted he didn't let his people on Fox report negatively on Pharma because it would destroy their bottom line.
If reports are true--and I pray they are--that RFK Jr. is gonna ban Pharma ads on TV, the double revolution of Big Pharma & MSM is about to begin.
Can't wait.
A third of all federal judges on the DC district court were born outside the United States
A third of all federal judges on the DC district court were born outside the United States
The United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the source of many of the cases interfering with President Donald Trump's authority, has 15 judges, (Counting Chief Judge James Boasberg) and five of them were born outside the United States.
While country of origin doesn't come up in most jobs, it is worth asking if judges with ties to foreign nations and cultures are the right ones to make decisions affecting the U.S. military or immigration.
The concept of foreign-born judges is a newer phenomenon in this district. In addition to the 15 main judges, the D.C. District has 10 older, senior judges who still occasionally hear cases in the district. This group, nominated as far back as Ronald Reagan the 1980s, were all born in the U.S.
But starting in 2014, former President Barack Obama appointed Judge Tanya Sue Chutkan, born in Kingston, Jamaica. She was in the U.S. by 1979, attending George Washington University. Before sitting on federal court, she had no experience as a judge. Chutkan is overseeing the legal challenge to DOGE's work to slash excess government spending.
Obama also appointed Judge Amit P. Mehta to the D.C. court. Mehta also had no previous experience as a judge. Mehta was born in Patan, Gujarat, India. He and his parents came to the U.S. when he was a baby, age one. He was raised in Maryland. Mehta will oversee four January 6 civil cases that aim to blame Trump for injuries and squeeze money, court time, and political embarrassment out of him.
The other three foreign born judges were nominated by former President Joe Biden.

North Carolina Supreme Court has decided parents can sue schools and clinics for covid vaccines
In a 5-2 decision, the North Carolina Supreme Court decided that despite the PREP act of 2005, it was indeed a violation of civil liberties and body autonomy to vaccinate children without parental consent.
In this case, a kid went to have a covid test, and was asked about vaccine status. They state that they tried to call his mother for consent to vaccinate, and when she didn’t answer, they decided to vaccinate him anyways. His stepfather was in the car in the parking lot the entire time. And was never asked for consent for his step child to be vaccinated for covid.
“And in our state," Newby continued, "medical workers affiliated with a public school forcibly vaccinated a 14-year-old boy despite knowing they lacked consent from both the child and his mother."
The case in question deals with a then-14-year-old Guilford County high schooler named Tanner Smith. He was given a vaccine even though he and his mother later said they were against it. Smith played football at Western Guilford High. After a 2021 outbreak of Covid-19 cases among some football players, school officials ordered the whole team to go get tested.
But when Smith showed up to get a Covid test at a local clinic, he says, the clinic workers also gave him a vaccine, even though he said he didn't want one.
On March 19th, between 5-7am, the Phoenix metro lost 4 babies. They were found not breathing in the morning. Parents getting up and going about their morning routine, and their lives changed forever.
My questions: did these children have the same pediatrician? Were they vaccinated recently and with what? Is this a “hot lot” vaccine issue? A quick google map search shows that 3 pediatric clinics exist in the epicenter of where these kids died.
