'We Are Done With That Sh*t': Trump, Hegseth Demand Excellence From Military Brass

QUANTICO -- Secretary of War Pete Hegseth looked into the eyes of hundreds of his top military leaders on Tuesday as he shared his new directives for the War Department -- including the news that every military branch will ensure that requirements for combat positions return to "the highest male standard."

"This job is life or death," he emphasized. "Standards must be met ... it's common sense and core to who we are and what we do."

The Secretary of War addressed a room filled with United States military leaders from around the world, while legacy media outlets fretted over the "unprecedented" gathering.

"We must be so strong that no nation will dare challenge us, so powerful that no enemy will dare threaten us, and so capable that no adversary can even think about beating us," the president said Tuesday.

No longer will the War Department tolerate ideological standards or quotas or punish leaders for supposed "toxic" attitudes, Hegseth said. No more "identity months, DEI offices, dudes in dresses," nor will it tolerate leadership that is not aligned with the War Department's mission, he noted, pointing out to those present that he had fired some military leaders.

The ideology and lowered standards implemented during President Joe Biden's administration are over, both Trump and Hegseth said.

"We're done with that shit," Hegseth said.

Hegseth repeatedly mentioned his concerns about lowered standards in the United States military, particularly when it comes to fitness and grooming, sharing that at his direction on Tuesday, every member of the Joint Force at every rank will be required to take a biannual PT test and to meet height and weight requirements for "every year of service."

He even went so far as to call out leadership themselves on this issue: "It's unacceptable to see fat generals and admirals in the halls of the Pentagon, and leading all around the world. It's a bad look, and it's not who we are!"

He specifically noted that the fitness changes are not being made in order to weed women out of the armed forces.

"If women can make it, excellent," he said. "If not, it is what it is...It will also mean that weak men won't qualify, because we're not playing games. This is combat. This is life or death."

FBI said threats were ‘hoax calls’, although universities took measures to prevent incidents on campuses

Black students across the US were targeted this week by coordinated racist death threats, forcing at least seven historically Black colleges into emergency lockdowns just a day after the far-right activist Charlie Kirk was killed at Utah Valley University.

At New York University, Black students reportedly received a threatening manifesto specifically targeting them, according to an email seen by the Guardian from the university’s Black Student Union. The manifesto was said to contain “extremely graphic threats of gun violence” and stated the author was “coming for only n******”, citing the number of Black students as taking away from a “safe space” for white people.

In the email, the NYU Black Student Union criticized university officials for their “lack of transparency”, saying administrators waited more than six hours before informing students that the manifesto specifically targeted Black students. NYU did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The FBI told the Guardian in a statement it was “aware of hoax threat calls” to a number of HBCUs but that there was no information to indicate a credible threat.

“The FBI takes these threats very seriously because it puts innocent people at risk,” the federal law enforcement agency said. “We urge the public to remain vigilant, and report any and all suspicious activity and/or individuals to law enforcement immediately.”

Most of the affected universities have since lifted their lockdowns but maintained enhanced security measures and canceled classes through the weekend as federal and local law enforcement agencies continue their investigations. The threats came amid a federal manhunt for the shooter who killed Kirk during a campus event on Wednesday at Utah Valley University in Utah, though the suspected shooter is now in custody.

The case of Catholic priest Custodio Magister, who faces up to three years in prison for preaching against Islamic fundamentalism, has sparked national and international debate. What makes the case more striking is that, according to his own statements, Father Custodio never referred to all Muslims, but specifically to radical factions that promote violence and terrorism.

Despite this clarification, Spain’s judicial system, influenced by the socialist government of Pedro Sánchez, is moving forward with a possible trial scheduled for the coming months. If confirmed, this would mark an unprecedented situation: a Catholic priest prosecuted not for inciting hatred, but for warning about the dangers of extremism. To many, this reflects a disturbing double standard.

While priests and Christian leaders face legal persecution for defending their faith or warning about real threats, open supporters of groups such as the Taliban or radical Islamist movements remain untouched by the law. This contradiction exposes the fragility of liberties under a government more concerned with political correctness than with defending fundamental values.

Donald Trump's recent kowtowing to demands of Muslim states has the Yesha Council concerned:

Israel’s Yesha Council is “deeply concerned” by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s failure to set a deadline for extending Israeli sovereignty to the region during a meeting with a council delegation in New York on Sunday.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the Judea and Samaria leaders on Sunday that he would tell U.S. President Donald Trump the region is inseparable from the Jewish state, according to the umbrella group of Judea and Samaria communities. However, he would not commit to a timeline. [...]

On Saturday evening, the council announced that an “unprecedentedly large emergency delegation” consisting of the organization’s leadership, as well as Judea and Samaria mayors and council heads, had departed for New York following Trump’s remarks against Israeli sovereignty.

Speaking to journalists in the Oval Office on Sept. 25, Trump said that he had ordered Netanyahu ahead of their Monday meeting not to “annex the West Bank” and that he would “not allow” the move to take place.

“There’s been enough,” Trump told reporters. “It’s time to stop now.”

What's objectionable about the above is that it implies Israel is a "thief", which is exactly what's led to only so much antisemitic persecution, and will continue to do so if not opposed. This is unacceptable. Similarly, if Trump's proposing that foreign Islamic governments take control of Gaza, that too could lead to renewed terrorist infrastructure in the future, and that's also unacceptable.

Netanyahu told the U.N. General Assembly on Friday that his opposition against a Palestinian state “is not simply my policy or my government’s policy; it is the policy of the state and people of the State of Israel.”

“Giving the Palestinians a state one mile from Jerusalem after Oct. 7th is like giving Al-Qaeda a state one mile from New York City after Sept. 11th,” he said. “This is sheer madness. It’s insane, and we won’t do it.”

Nearly 70% of Israelis want Jerusalem to extend full legal sovereignty over Judea and Samaria, according to a poll conducted on Jan. 29.

Trump and company would do well to take note and acknowledge the above. It's bad enough they've legitimized Ahmed al-Sharaa in Syria. Any impositions upon Israel are also unacceptable.

Dr. Voddie Baucham Has Died

He died last week at the age of 56 due to a “sudden medical incident”. 

His passing went mostly unnoticed in the secular Right media, but, even for those who don’t share his faith, his was a hugely significant life.

One need not be a Jesus follower on the Right to appreciate the immense significance of  Baucham’s incisive analysis, for example, of the cultural and political impact of the Left’s debilitating shift to personal identity (i.e. group, sexual preference, etc.) as the basis of one’s persuasiveness rather than reasoned logic and verifiable fact in public policy discussion. When President Trump took office for his second term, it was clear from the moment he started signing executive orders in the Oval Office that he had every intention of implementing his plans to reverse the Obama-Biden climate crisis agenda. Ending U.S. Participation in the Paris Climate Accord was a clear signal that he would double down on his agenda.

Trump then selected Chris Wright, the head of a fracking company, to head the Department of Energy (DOE). His team continued with the defunding of the Biden “Green New Deal” ...

Green activist groups are now experiencing deep frustration, a sense of failure, and internal turmoil as their funding and agendas have been targeted by the executive branch…just as Trump promised during his campaign.

The movement is struggling with lower fundraising, membership challenges, staff layoffs, and internal divisions, differing from the first Trump term that saw surges of resistance-driven support.

Some groups, such as 350.org and Greenpeace USA, openly acknowledge that their previous strategies are failing, signaling a need for tactical reinvention as traditional methods of mass protest and lobbying have not yielded results in the current hostile political climate.

I would argue that part of the problem is that the COVID pandemic made people aware of how many scientific “experts” were simply narrative pushers. Climate change science is not more than pseudoscience, but on a much longer timescale than COVID. Americans are now unafraid of the hysteria the green activists and their media minions are trying to promote.

However, it is not just the U.S. that is moving away from global climate politics. Anthony Watts of the Watts Up With That blog reviews a very fascinating piece recently published in The New York Times, which concludes the age of the Paris Climate Accord is over.

…America is not the only player abandoning climate pieties. Canada’s new prime minister, Mark Carney—once the high priest of climate finance—made his first act in office the repeal of Canada’s carbon tax, and he was rewarded with a landslide victory. Mexico’s president, Claudia Sheinbaum, a climate scientist by training, now boasts about her nation’s booming oil and gas industry while enjoying one of the highest approval ratings of any world leader. Europe, once the vanguard of green virtue, is retreating as well. Laws once touted as proof of planetary salvation are being weakened, watered down, or repealed under pressure from populist coalitions and economic reality.

The mood has shifted so dramatically that Jason Bordoff, a former Obama energy adviser and now head of Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy, admits: “You can’t walk more than two feet at any global conference today without ‘pragmatism’ and ‘realism’ being thrown around as the order of the day. … But it’s not clear to me that anyone knows what those words mean other than this whole climate thing is just too hard”.

TSU issued a statement filled with lies, claiming that “At all times, TSU students conducted themselves in a professional and respectful manner.” It also claimed these “unauthorized” Americans wishing to exercise their first amendment rights on public ground were somehow a threat to the safety of the mob, and the university’s action to help push them off the campus was to “ensure that campus remains a safe, welcoming, and orderly environment for all members of our community.” [emphasis mine]

It is very clear that TSU and its administration is anything but welcoming. It clearly approves of these Stalinist tactics of fear and terror.

I think the Tennessee legislature should look into the administration at TSU, and either clean house or cut off all funds. Its leadership very clearly supports mob action to block free speech.

Charlie Kirk is clearly not going to be the last conservative killed exercising his free speech rights. The left is clearly happy with his murder, and is quite willing to encourage more of the same in its immoral lust for power.

The shop sells technical literature, focusing on original workshop manuals for cars and motorcycles. A week ago, on Wednesday, September 17, Reisch posted a sign in the front window of his store reading: “Juden haben hier Hausverbot!!! Nichts persönliches. auch kein Antisemitismus. kann euch nur nicht ausstehen.” (English: “Jews are banned from here!!! Hidden for four years, an after-action report on FBI's involvement in Jan. 6 riot found by Director Patel shows dozens of agents feared that the FBI had become "woke" and "liberally biased."

The FBI secretly deployed more than 250 plainclothes agents to the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot, an operation so disorganized it unleashed searing frustrations among many of the FBI's rank-and-file that the bureau had lost its core competencies to "wokeness" and allowed its employees to become "pawns in a political war," according to an after-action report kept from the public for more than four years.

Scores of FBI agents and personnel -- many from the bureau's premier Washington field office (WFO) -- sent anonymous complaints to the after-action team detailing how agents were sent into an unsafe scenario without proper safety equipment or the ability to identify themselves readily as armed officers to other police agencies, the report obtained by Just the News shows.

The most persistent complaint was that the bureau during the James Comey and Chris Wray era had become infected with political biases and liberal ideology that treated the protesters from the summer 2020 Black Lives Matter riots far differently than those arrested in the aftermath of the Jan. 6 episode.

"The FBI should make clear to its personnel and the public that, despite its obvious political bias, it ultimately still takes its mission and priorities seriously," one employee wrote in a stinging review. "It should equally and aggressively investigate criminal activity regardless of the offenders' perceived race, political affiliations, or motivations; and it should equally and aggressively protect all Americans regardless of perceived race, political affiliations, or motivations."

That agent urged FBI leaders "to identify viable exit options for FBI personnel who no longer feel it is legally or morally acceptable to support a federal law enforcement and intelligence agency motivated by political bias."

One agent suggested the problem extended beyond the bureau to D.C. U.S. Attorney's office, indicating a more widespread problem with political bias.

This is a dangerous precedent because we can barely get them to prosecute investigations that clearly meet thresholds needed for Federal prosecutions," the agent wrote. "However, their willingness to conduct a search warrant on someone's life for a misdemeanor seems ridiculous. It is unreasonable for the FBI to conduct investigations involving misdemeanor violations at a federal level... it is not our role."

Many of the agents' feedback focused on the Washington Field Office and its culture. "WFO is a hopelessly broken office that's more concerned about wearing masks and recruiting preferred racial/sexual groups than catching actual bad guys," one worker wrote.

Wray, Patel's predecessor, steadfastly refused to tell Congress how many if any agents went to the Capitol that day. And a prior DOJ Inspector General Report did not divulge the number, referring only to a SWAT team the bureau sent into the Capitol and having more than two dozen informants in the crowd.

The existence of mass FBI agents at the Capitol on Jan. 6 could also be a problem in many of the cases that were subsequently brought in court. If agents were witnesses at the Capitol and did not disclose it in the subsequent affidavits during prosecutions it could create grounds for defendants to appeal.

The document also reveals for the first time that there were widespread concerns for years inside the bureau -- sentiments that boiled over after the FBI began sending SWAT teams to arrest Jan. 6 participants on misdemeanor charges -- that the FBI had become biased in favor of liberals and against conservatives.

FUCK THIS SHIT! Tricolor Auto’s Failure Has It All - ESG, Woke Capital, Illegal Immigration, Securities Fraud, Government Diversity Programs, BlackRock, etc.

Tricolor Auto Group, the nation’s seventh largest used car dealer (and 3rd biggest in Texas and California), just filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy – e.g. liquidation. Its target customer had been illegal aliens, and with President Trump deciding to start enforcing the nation’s immigration laws, there has suddenly been a major “market correction” in that market segment. 

Not only has the customer base largely evaporated, but so have loan repayments, which Tricolor also serviced.

The “tri colors” that the name references are the colors of the Mexican flag – red, white, and green.

While the sudden loss of customers and loan repayments was the catalyst that caused the final collapse of Tricolor, its failure has revealed so much more, including securities fraud, Wall Street ESG gimmickry, race-based federal programs, etc.

Tricolor has securitized more than $2 billion of its very high risk auto loans over the past seven years. The most recent issuance was in June of this year, with JP Morgan Chase and other money center banks peddling more than $200 million of “social bonds” to credulous investors. These securities are certified as “social bonds” by the US Treasury’s CDFI (“Community Development Financial Institution”) program because Tricolor focuses on selling its cars and financial services to underserved communities, specifically Spanish-speaking non-citizens. Tricolor’s CEO, Daniel Chu, was quoted by Barron’s in 2022 as stating, “No one else is providing meaningful dollar credit to an illegal immigrant.”

As documented in this recent Barron’s article (“Tricolor Files for Bankruptcy, The Auto Lender Was Once an ESG Favorite,”) “Financial institutions until recently touted their social bond purchases as part of their commitment to ESG—or environmental, social and governance—principles. BlackRock took a $90 million stake in Tricolor in 2021 as part of its Impact Opportunities Fund focusing on businesses and projects owned, led by, or serving members of minority groups.” Of course BlackRock was involved.

You may recall that a major contributor to the financial crash of 2008 was Wall Street wizards packaging up a bunch of sub-prime mortgages, securitizing them, and then selling those “mortgage backed securities” to investors as something other than perfumed garbage. That is effectively what Tricolor has been doing with its auto loans, with the help of Wall Street.

In a Tricolor press release from March of this year titled “Tricolor Closes $328 Million Securitization to Advance Financial Inclusion at Scale in Underserved Communities,” CEO Chu stated, ”By providing deserving people with access to reliable, affordable transportation, Tricolor, which operates across six states and ranks as the third largest used auto retailer in Texas and California, helps move them into the financial mainstream and reverse systemic financial inequities in America.” Like the other securities issuance I referenced, JP Morgan Chase also promoted these odious securities, along with Barclay’s and Fifth Third Bank.

Per Car Dealership Guy, Tricolor’s bonds have collapsed to a value of 12 cents on the dollar, virtually wiping out the investors who bought those bonds. But as bad as this all sounds so far, it’s actually worse. There was massive fraud by Tricolor, which is causing losses to all parties who did business with it.

Antifa Issued Anti-ICE Threats Pre-Shooting

The day before an anti-ICE shooter killed a detainee and injured two others at a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility, an anonymous individual, apparently from the domestic terror organization, Antifa, called for violence and “destruction” against the federal agency’s officers.

An anonymous post Sept. 23 on anarchistnews.org was titled “A Call for Anarchist Action in America: Occupy and Disrupt ICE facilities in Every City.” The very next day, Joshua Jahn committed a mass shooting at the Dallas ICE facility before killing himself and leaving behind a bullet casing with “ANTI ICE” carved on it. It gives an extra ominous ring to the anarchist’s badly-spelled rant, “Every fist that hurls a piece of concrete through a bank or an ICE agents [sic] car window has the potential to ignite a wildfire. At this point what’s left to lose?” Apparently, our lives.
