London Plumber On Terror Offence Charges - [via This Is London] - A plumber arrested near the M25 last week has been charged with five offences relating to alleged terrorist activities and firearms offences...Kazi Nurur Rahman, 28, of Newham, east London, is alleged to have had in his possession three Uzi sub-machine guns and 3,000 rounds of ammunition.

Over 80 percent of the mosques in the United States "have been radicalized by Saudi money and influence."

Dutch Trial Witness Stays Silent - [via BBC] - A key witness in the trial of 14 men in the Netherlands, charged with belonging to a radical Islamist terror network, has refused to testify.
The 17-year-old girl, Malika Shabi, declined to answer questions about her ex-boyfriend, one of the co-accused.


Al Qaeda Releases Compilation Of Bin Laden Speeches - [via Adnkronos Intl] - The al-Qaeda terrorist network has just launched a new CD compilation of Osama Bin Laden’s speeches from 2002 to December 2004, a copy of which has been exclusively obtained by Adnkronos International from sources in the tribal areas between Pakistan and Afghanistan. According to a senior Pakistani intelligence anlayst, the new CD is "clearly aimed at connecting with the common masses all over the world."

Robbery Trial For Bosnian Muslim Volunteer - [via Serbianna] - Lionel Dumont, 34, a French convert to Islam is charged with being a member of the country's notorious "Roubaix gang" - a group of extremist Muslims that did a series of hold ups and armed robberies in the northern city of Lille in 1996.
Dumont and his islamist group said that the holdups were legal because they were against an infidel and were meant to help the cause of Allah because the proceeds from robberies were sent to Bosnia to aid the Muslim forces that fought a war against Christian Croats and Serbs.

Filipinos Are 'Too Soft To Become Suicide Bombers' - [via Jihad Watch] - Militants have a hard time training Filipinos to be suicide bombers because of their soft-heartedness, a source told Gulf News.
"Filipino Muslims and Christians, who are converts to Islam, could not muster enough courage to become suicide bombers because they do not believe that they would go to heaven after committing suicide."
