Islamic Voodoos

A twelve-part series which I learned about over at Eleanor Duckwall's Spotlight. Excerpt from Part Four on biology:

So, urine may be a way to express love on Valentine's Day. No, wait. Muslims don't celebrate Valentine's Day.

Later in the aforementioned series on Islamic superstitions, we have the following:

Allah sends eclipse to frighten the believers...(Sahih Bukhari, 2.18.167)

A total lunar eclipse will occur next week, on February 20. Something else for Muslims to worry about, huh? Pity they aren't at the Hajj on February 20. They could have the words of the Hadith to justify the traditional stampede.
