All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

Southern Comfort
from the movie, Cajun feast and music and a bit of impending mayhem
The movie's from 1981. Powers Booth, Keith Carradine, Fred Ward, bunch of others.
A Loiusiana National Guard Unit on routine manuvers in the bayou & swamp piss off a bunch of Cajun swamp rats who set about picking them off one by one. The guard is armed essentially with only blanks.
Kinda Deliverance in the Louisiana Bayou without the squeal like a pig moment. It really is pretty good.
Soundtrack by Ry Cooder (ooooh, gooood stuff).
I bought it on DVD very recently 12bucks or so at your locoal megaonlinebookstore. Make sure you get the right one. There is another movie same name no relation to this one at all.

Wow, that looks like a great movie, and I've never even heard of it before.
