All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

These folks understand and fully appreciate what it means to become an American citizen. I would have liked to have heard the remainder of the hearing. Too bad the yt user didn't load any more video.
These are fantastic sentiments. This should be played to white nationalists. America is not defined by race, but by concepts and sentiments. Racist agendas provide no hope specifically because they would not recognize what a great American Mr. Kim is.
If I knew who these folks were I'd send them a book so they might realize they are culturists.
BTW, of course, the ideas they expressed are completely contrary to what they would learn in nearly any American university social studies course.
Actually I think I might have been lucky. I took a few social studies courses in middle school and high school, and from what I can remember on at least a few occasions they portrayed America in a positive light.
CJ, You're right, and in fact that was the South Korean guy's point. He felt that he was not taught the great American Tradition in college. He believes it needs to be taught, so that we the people understand the blessings we have.
By the way, recently I was talking with one of my Filipino relatives and I learned that they emphasize American history in high school and college in the Philippines.
That explains why Filipinos are such great Americans.

Anonymous,
Maybe if you look hard enough, you can find the rest. I do have to admit that I was disappointed as well.

Culturist John,

Pastorius,
I had no idea that they emphasize American history in the Philippines!
I didn't know that either.
But, I can tell you, my Filipino family is much more patriotic than my German/English-American family.
