All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
I agree with you. Banning a book is always dangerous, for multiple reasons. For one thing, if the United States just banned the Koran, it would give moderate reasonable, non sharia loving Muslims who don't want to overthrow our constitutional democratic government, a good reason to claim persecution. Also by simply banning the Koran we just keep non Muslims from reading it, and thus understanding it. Citizen Warrior even urges people to read the Koran specifically for that reason. What would be better, would be to educate people about what is in there.
Hi Damien, Many of the people, Geert Wilders for in instance, who call for a ban on the Krayon, do so in the context of the already existing European ban on Mein Kampf.
Seen from that perspective, perhsps, it doesn't seem like such a crazy notion.
But, I agree with you and Citizen Warrior on this.

Could it be they have finally figured out that, maybe, if they report the truth people might start reading again?

If I'm killing you and I don't stop, you'll die. And, we here at the Infidel Bloggers Alliance wouldn't want that.
