The Jets That Hit The WTC Were Weapons of Mass Destruction

They just didn't have the desired effect.

In response to this post from Midnight Rider where some brilliant ex-CIA guy tells us what we already know:

The plan on 9/11 was to run two jets into two buildings - both of which contained 50,000 people on any given day - knocking them over, and killing everyone inside.

If Al Qaeda's plan had been successful, that would have been 100,000 people dead.

Instead, the buildings burned for 45 minutes and most everyone had the chance to get out.

Any weapon which can kill that many people at one time IS a Weapon of Mass Destruction.

There now, hope we're all clear on that.

On the morning of 9/11 several of us were outside on the porch at work, numb, dazed, astounded at what was happening.

Someone asked how many dead there would be.

Myself and the area V.P. at the time both hazarded 75,000 or so because we knew the capacity of the buildings.

It was an almost obscene relief to find out we were wrong and it was "only" 3,000.

Yep, that's how I felt.

Now, is that a WMD, or what?

Precisely.
