Muslim group urges Indiana lawmakers to reject anti-Sharia bill

Muslims love Sharia, and want to establish it as law all over the world.

Don't let them tell you otherwise, cuz they've already told you they do.
A leading Muslim advocacy group is calling on Indiana legislators to reject a proposal a bill that would deny recognition of the Islamic legal system Sharia in the state.

The Tribune-Star of Terre Haute reports that Republican state Rep. Bruce Borders of Jasonville plans to introduce a bill saying the state "does not recognize Sharia law."

The Council on American-Islamic Relations said Tuesday that it has written all members of the Indiana General Assembly, urging them not to consider such a bill.

The group says the proposal is a "fear-mongering" attack on Islam and "un-American to its core." It says Sharia is a guide to Islamic religious practice and is similar to those in other religious traditions.
