This is nothing new,20 years ago there were already small enclaves in Brussel where the police stayed away ,it only got a lot worse over time ,there are parts in Brussel where not a single cop will venture in at night.This is not limited to Brussels far from it every town with a large Muslim population has the same probs,women and elderly don't come in the streets at night unless in group and even then they get harrassed by them.Cashiers at supermarkets get death threats from Muslims if they object to anything,people live in fear and the police can't or won't do anything because of fear being called a racist!
Yes, there are many "No-go zones" in Paris, and I believe in London as well.
