"Credible Threat" On Or Around 9/11 Announced
Bret Baier just had sketchy details. The FBI is working on a bulletin for law enforcement. The threat concerns NYC and/or DC.
When asked if the threat was "specific," a source responded "Specific enough."

Funny thing, isn't it, how specific and credible is announced just at the end of the President's First Re-Election Campaign speech.
I'm sorry, I meant his meanigless substanceless address to the Congress on jobs.
Shep Smith put it succinctly:
Repubs announce no rebuttal (likely to not interfere with first NFL gane)
WH says speech will be 43 minutes plus applause.
Speech only lasts 32 minutes including applause.
Which, since no Repub rebuttal, leaves much air time before the game to chat and dissect the speech.
Too much time since the dissection is not likely to favor O & the Dems
Then a specific and credible but unconfirmed (DHS's words) threat is announced
Changing the conversation until game time when no one will really much care about the speech analysis.
And that's how you manipulate the news.
