Dick Morris: Obama May Not Run in 2012

From Will at The Other News:
Another political pundit is joining the "Obama May Not Run in 2012" bandwagon. You'll remember that I wrote this on September 14, 2011:

Obama won't run so he can avoid becoming the new Jimmy Carter. Jimmy Carter has never been held up as a thought-leader on the left, despite being drummed out of office at the relatively young age of 56. He's had 30 years to be the left's go-to guy for policy ideas. Instead, he is irrelevant. His irrelevance is directly tied to his landslide defeat in the 1980 election. Obama's ego couldn't handle that sort of defeat.Source: Obama Fail Blog
And now, Dick Morris - who is more politically astute than most pundits, in my opinion - is starting to think it may happen:
In an interview with conservative radio icon Sean Hannity, former President Clinton adviser and campaign manager Dick Morris stated that, after speaking with a Democratic strategist, he thinks it is “very possible” that President Obama might acquiesce to requests from the Democratic leadership in Congress and bow out of the 2012 race, leaving the door open for him to return sometime in the future.
“I asked a top Democratic strategist the other day and he thought that it was possible that, in January, Harry Reid comes to Obama and says, ‘Look you cost us control of the House last year, you’re going to cost us control of the Senate this year. For the good of the party you have to step aside’” said Morris.Source: CNS News

I predicted this way back in 2009.

If it comes true, do I ascend to Prophet?

this is a toughy, on the one hand his narcissistic fragile ego couldnt handle the defeat, on the other I dont know that his narcissistic fragile ego could handle the rejection of stepping aside either.

thus the third way, suspended elections, which have had a trial baloon floated already...

I hope not. Obama is toast and will lose in 2012. Put someone new in there and it might be a harder fight.

I'd rather have the sure thing and vote the bozo out in disgrace and maybe give the Dem party such a beating that they would never go to the far left again -- at least not for several generations.

There's no way he's stepping aside.
This creep will do everything he can to stay in power.
Even now he appears to favor division and revolution in the streets if necessary.
I can't imagine him going without first trying every fraudulent trick he and his gang are capable of executing.

If he resigned I might think this is good news. But he would not.

No matter what he will be in power until Jan 2013

And the same morons who emplaced him and his philosophies which I trak back to Soros-Reid/06 are STILL RUNNING THE DEM $ show.

Let him run and CRUSH THEM ALL
