The Performance of His Career

Sweet Caroline has long been the unofficial song of the Red Sox.

So today, during the first Red Sox game after a horrific week, in a gesture of support sympathy and comfort Neil Diamond flew from California to Boston unannounced and out of his own pocket, walked up to the box office and asked if he could perform it for the fans.

Magic.

Ain't that America?

And ain't that a bit of what it means to be American?

Well, it's good to see the entire city is through cowering in their closets.

I suppose being an unarmed populace gives them a pass for being utterly intimated by a single armed Muslim Boy.

Now they cant get back to the task of sending a steady stream of communists to DC.
