A Clear and Present Danger to the Republic … IF

Henry II, raging over the refusal of his former drinking bud, Thomas Becket, to lift the excommunication of two of his archbishops, is by legend to have said, “Who will rid me of this meddlesome priest?”
I expect that Obama, in his joyless arrogant manner will, just as he doubled down with the fool Pfeiffer this weekend, deny that even by attitude he could have communicated such an attitude to others with regard to the Tea Party, though he referred to them as right wing extremists, thus demonizing them, or that he urged less than constitutional behavior towards Fox, though his direct minion, one Anita Dunn, the White House communication director said:
“We’re going to treat them the way we would treat an opponent,” adding, “We don’t need to pretend that this is the way that legitimate news organizations behave.”
Now, I don’t know the extent to which Mr. Obama himself can be LEGALLY tied to this hacking, and surveillance of both news and political opposition .. and of course we are talking about ONLY A PART of this mess, but IF it turns out that Mr. Obama DID in any way direct, cause or organize what is going on, HE MUST BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE just as RIchard Nixon was. He is as MUCH a danger to the way we govern ourselves as was Mr, Nixon and but Mr. Obama has brought much greater shame and obloquy and even instability to the United States at a moment when we needed disciplined, principled, leadership, and guidance towards true cooperation among parties. No matter what one can say about his effort, we can say without hesitation that the result is failure.
(above- Judge John Sirica)
In his attitude and by his actions Mr, Obama has told a questioning nation with raised eyebrows, ‘oh yeah, well you’re not from Chicago’
Because these outrageous and REAL detriments to our way of life DO originate from our govt, because the MAN who sought responsibility for these outrageous and disgusting actions and LACK of actions has gotten it, we ABSOLUTELY need a special counsel for EACH of the three  scandals we face.
We NEED as a nation, full congressional questioning via special committee with full subpoena powers.
This is not a Teapot Dome
Nor was anyone killed at Watergate.
This tri-mess is a very different animal.
And it is serious

I think that Obama will do everything possible to block any special prosecutor(s). If I'm right, can he get away with doing so?

THe law which set out the obligatory criteria for a special prosecutor was allowed to lapse, and all parties agreed.

It will take public clamor and I believe, he will get his back up which which create more and more public clamor, then finally they will accept some limited counsel, which even dems will say will not do.

OR....some D.A. will convene a grand jury and some pissed off judge will go house on some underlings
