PENTAGON MAY COURT MARTIAL SOLDIERS WHO SHARE CHRISTIAN FAITH
In a stunning attack on the speech rights and free religious exercise of U.S. soldiers, the Obama administration has released a statement confirming the unthinkable: Any soldier who professes Christianity can now be court-martialed and may face imprisonment and a dishonorable discharge from the military.
The statement released to Fox News earlier today:
Religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defense…Court martials and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis…
This statement follows a recent meeting between Pentagon officials and fanatical anti-Christian activist Mikey Weinstein, who helped design the new punishments for Christians who dare to commit the hate crime of sharing their faith with others.
Breitbart.com adds:
Weinstein is the head of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, and says Christians–including chaplains–sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in the military are guilty of ‘treason,’ and of committing an act of ‘spiritual rape’ as serious a crime as ‘sexual assault.’ He also asserted that Christians sharing their faith in the military are ‘enemies of the Constitution.’

Weinstein is to Christians as Rev Wright is to whiteys.
So let's be perfectly clear. You are safe as long as you pass around cards that identify you as a SOA (that A should have been an B, but that's beside the point,) but if you pass one identifying yourself as a SOC the whole wrath of the Pentagon will fall on you.
That's religious discrimination. And someone should sue for discrimination.
It's not just Christianity, it's ANY FAITH.
I am down with prevention of proselytizing when it has been rejected by the individual so set upon, rather than invited to participate .. that's just being polite, but how in hell can you have ANY KIND OF CHAPLAIN CORPS when you have these rules?
In fact if you are in the army and want to explore hinduism, and assuming there is SUCH A CHAPLAIN, how can he even RESPOND TO YOU without being court martialed?
This is more evidence that INSTITUTIONS are now so corrupted by stupidity that the entire edifice may be irreparable.
Given what we know about the army's treatment of Nidal Hassan all through his career what other conclusions are available?
