If Don Corleone wanted to off someone, he would give the order to a lower deputy and then, if suspicion for the murder ever came back in his direction, he would have another underling beneath him fall on his sword.
Holder recusing himself does not hurt Holder, but it is falling on his sword nevertheless, because it takes the power/control away from Holder.
But, it also effectively creates a buffer between the "deputy" and Obama.
Now, Obama can't be touched. After all, the Obama Administration wants to do everything possible to get to the bottom of this. Look, Holder even recused himself.
Yes, Holder recused himself.
The same Eric Holder who has been under CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS for almost a year now, because he refuses to cooperate with Congress on the Fast And Furious Investigation.
Holder is not a man who is afraid of doing the wrong thing. So, why is he, all of the sudden, doing the right thing and recusing himself?
