In endorsing a bill in the California legislature that would require “affirmative consent” before sex can occur on campus, the editorial boards of the Sacramento and Fresno Bee and the Daily Californian advocated that sex be treated as “sexual assault” unless the participants discuss it “out loud” before sex, and “demonstrate they obtained verbal ‘affirmative consent’ before engaging in sexual activity.”
The Fresno Bee praised the bill because “it adopts in campus disciplinary cases the ‘affirmative consent standard,’ which means that ‘yes’ only means ‘yes’ if it is said out loud.”
Is this what they mean by 'Yes!' OUT LOUD!

I think you should have to have a municipal register of those consenting to have sex with each other, and which acts they intend to perform and the frequency with with they intend to perform them. Otherwise sex should be forbidden.
Imagine what such a trove of information would have meant before marriage!
We could all just match up to our sexual perfect partners, ...well ...maybe it wouldn't QUITE work out that way, since I have a feeling I know how things would slew.
Anyway, who and how you fuck is my business now, and I want all the details in the MYSQL DB, oh and make sure you all have google glass turned on for full data analysis.
Thank you
Epa,
Great response! :^)
Does the consent need to be witnessed? What if consent is given but one party is not as anticipated or imagined or considers violence part of consent?
Does consent need to occur between married students on campus? Does each separate penetration require separate consent?
Sheesh.
LOL
Man, I don't think I want everyone knowing about my, eh hem, proclivities.
Sure takes away the spontaneous moment of passion, doesn't it? LOL
It's very simple. You want to have sex with a girl, just get your lawyer to contact her lawyer. Just make sure the contract is water=tight, in Sweden a sperm donor was just ordered to pay child support after the lesbian "marriage" broke up.
