All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.

Where were the parents? Did no one question the instructor/principal about this blasphemy?

OT, but loaded with details:
The Long Arm of Qatar

my lutheran church sold the most prime church property when it accepted a merge from the church who had the prime property-- guess what they sold it to--

who built a 'stick it in your eye' mosque that looks like the WTC- tried t o dissuade the 'leaders' - got eye rolls--I no longer go to that church or any church--for that matter--

You can't make this stuff up!
We are sinking into the abyss very rapidly and just a handful of us seem to care.
Bunkerville,
Certainly our so-called leaders, political and ecclesiastical don't seem to care.
From The Hollow Men by T.S. Eliot:
This is the way the world ends
This is the way the world ends
This is the way the world ends
Not with a bang but a whimper.
I would say only a handful of us seem to know.
Kid,
Shouldn't 9/11 have brought more people to their senses? There is plenty of truth available on the topic of Islam -- including the Quran and the Hadith.
In my own case, The Sword of the Prophet woke me the hell up.
AOW, You would sure think so, but the answer is no.
The why's are not so easy to put a finger on, but surely on the list is cowardice, fear of confrontation, idiotic belief in the mythical 'peaceful muslim', PC bought into, the idiotic belief that there are only a few fanatics.
I think I hit the major areas of reality avoidance causes.
Kid,
Most courses in comparative religions whitewash Islam. This whitewash has been going on for at least 30 years now.
Hell, I can't even get some evangelical Christians to admit that Islam has many pagan qualities.
